So thorough and thoughtful! My husband had purchased our Lincoln there,so when my Ford dealer's service department slipped in quality 3 visits.l in a row, I switched to Klaben. My car was in for an oil/lube/filter and was so close to the 90k guideline we added some coolant fluid work, standard for that mile marker. During the pre-inspection they also discovered I basically had zero brake pads on the rear and 1mm left on the front. My car had been in for work at my old dealer in Sept. It was now early December, and they clearly never even examined the brakes, as they were supposed to. My new service advisor at Klaben, offered a complimentary car wash. I joked I'd rather have the interior detailed. They did it. For free. Great work and fair prices. I drive for a living so my car is my lifeline. Klaben, you now have a customer life. Thank you. More

I'm grateful for the excellent customer service by Sean. I made an appointment three weeks in advance for an airbag recall. The recall would require my car to be at Klaben for the majority of the day. Bran I made an appointment three weeks in advance for an airbag recall. The recall would require my car to be at Klaben for the majority of the day. Brandon Pritchett scheduled the appointment along with a car rental over the phone. On the day of the appointment I checked in for my appointment. I’m told by Brandon that he does not have me on the schedule for the recall or my oil change. I said you were the one who I spoke with three weeks ago, so I’m not sure why you are not showing my appointment. Sean Bradford just happens to stop by to say good morning. I explained to him according to Brandon I do not have an appointment that was booked three weeks ago. This also means that my car rental is non-existent. I’m concerned by Brandon’s error, the rest of my day would be thrown off. Sean stated with confidence: I’ll take care of it, I was not sure he could. I made the statement to Sean in front of Brandon, I no longer wanted Brandon to take care of me regarding the work on my car. This was not the first time I had experienced Brandon neglecting to provide the best customer service. Sean said he understood. I’m then driven to pick up the car rental. They did not have an appointment for me, because it was never booked. I called Sean back and explained the situation. He got me back to the dealership immediately. He was able to loan me a car from the dealership. Before I left, Sean introduced me to Tyler, another member from the service team. He assured me I was in capable hands, and to my surprise I was. Tyler gave me regular updates on the repairs on my car. This experience started off chaotic and stressful, but Sean was able to get in front of it, remained in front of it until I had my car back. Without his leadership regarding this matter, it would have continued to spiral out of control. I’m truly grateful for his excellent customer service. I wanted to make sure I took the time to share how Sean Bradford from Klaben Ford values his customers. More

repair stuck lifter, and replace noisey sunroof I've had my vehicle here a few times now for a few issues, everyone has been very helpful, listened to details of my trucks symptoms and properly diag I've had my vehicle here a few times now for a few issues, everyone has been very helpful, listened to details of my trucks symptoms and properly diagnosed the source of the problem the first time. I believe that the people at this dealer have customer satisfaction as there first priority and it shows. The service writer mentioned on my second visit, that they were going have the same tech work on the vehicle as the previous visit. There was no damage or wear to my vehicle, and no sigh that it had undergone a major engine repair. The repair did take longer that I had hoped, but with the amount of work needing to be done, and the how busy this service department, I think everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They also went above and beyond my expectations on providing me with a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I am very comfortable bringing my vehicle to this dealer for service work, and am very happy that I have such a great service department 2 miles from home More
