Val Valadez and Norbert Santos have been my Service Advisors now for over 7 years. They know my vehicles and they know me. The last trip there was originally booked with Norbert to fix my headlight is Advisors now for over 7 years. They know my vehicles and they know me. The last trip there was originally booked with Norbert to fix my headlight issue but Val was there that day. These two are seamless; their positive qualities are tremendous. Val looked at the previous service records and said that I am due to have a 10K mileage service in less than 2 months in March. He says the car is going to be here for the headlight replacement anyway. Why not save yourself a trip back to get the maintenance done later on when you can do it all now? Great idea!!! More

I specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked when they rotated my tires last Thursday for my one year check up. The car was OK until two days ago when the tire light came on. I checked the tire when they rotated my tires last Thursday for my one year check up. The car was OK until two days ago when the tire light came on. I checked the tire pressure, and three tires were 28 pounds and one was 30 pounds. My manual says They should be 35 to 36 pounds each! I am very disappointed!! I usually get very good service at your dealership. More

Having purchased several vehicles from Maita Toyota and having them serviced exclusively there, I can say that I know I can count on Maita to offer the best and fairest prices on vehicles, and perform the having them serviced exclusively there, I can say that I know I can count on Maita to offer the best and fairest prices on vehicles, and perform the most reliable and complete service. However, the thing that sold me on Maita, and gets me to return time and time again are the people. I have never seen a Maita Toyota employee who is not smiling. Even those with whom I have no interaction -- they all appear to be genuinely HAPPY! From the greeter to the service writer to the accounting and the parts folks -- they are all friendly and professional. This gives me peace of mind, knowing that happy people do good work. Besides -- they all make me feel like a VIP! More

Terrible! Rip off. Charged us $208.50 for something we already knew was wrong. They had no solution other than to break stuff to get to the part, and then we w Rip off. Then said there was no guarantee they could find the parts for anything. Don't waste your money here. More
