The service was good, but there were some issues with the technician not placing a floor mat in my car. Showed up for my appointment early and was greeted with enthusiasm at the driveway. My service writer came out and took all of my information and proceeded to have my vehicle ready long before the p with enthusiasm at the driveway. Angel, my service coordinator, did a poor job communicating with me regarding the progress on my car. I had to call repeatedly to get a response. My tire was under warranty and Angel did not he communicating with me regarding the progress on my car. I had to call repeatedly to get a response. My tire was under warranty and Angel did not help me with that. Instead, I needed to pay for my new tires and contact the manager of the service department in order to get a credit for my warranty. I've been using Maita (and bought at least three cars from them) for over 20 years. Angel provided the worst service I ever experienced. More
