We have been going to Maita since 2008; have had a grand total of (4) four Service Advisors during that time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. That is huge news since it shows that M total of (4) four Service Advisors during that time. Over time, two have retired and one has been promoted. That is huge news since it shows that Maita as a company that hires great people who make careers there. Happy employees take care of their customers toooooo. Norbert Santos is our Advisor now. He is perfect and the reason we are waiting for the new Highlander Platinum Hybrids to arrive. We know how much love he will show to that vehicle also. More

Maintenance person was not very attentive nor was he helpful. I had an appointment for 815 confirmed by text and email. I arrived 30 mins before for appointment and drove in to lane #2 for maintenance helpful. I had an appointment for 815 confirmed by text and email. I arrived 30 mins before for appointment and drove in to lane #2 for maintenance appointment line. I advised service person I had an appointment. Maintenance person took me inside did what he had to do in the computer and told me it should take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. I checked in 2.7 hours later and maintenance worker tellse it's almost done. I sat patiently and got up to inquire about my vehicle and the guy tells me nothing other than asking me if I had an appointment. I showed him email and text confirmation regarding my appointment. Gentle men then says I didn't have an appointment and tells me that my vehicle is just now being worked on after almost 3.8 hours. It then asked the manager about my vehicle. He the manager too tells me that I didn't have an appointment. I also showed the managery confirmed text and email but he didn't seem to care other than apologizing for what happened and did not bother to remedy the situation. All and all I felt very unappreciated and extremely unsatisfied with such terrible customer service More

We went in for an oil change, and they included a fuel tank additive that increased the cost of the service by $50. We didn't ask for it, but it was apparently buried in the paperwork so we had to pay for tank additive that increased the cost of the service by $50.
