Horrible 60,000 mile service. I’ve been bring my car to Maita since 2018 but this experience makes me to never want to deal with them again. Ever. lack of communication, poor service where they kept my car for over one week and I had to pay for a rental because they ordered the wrong parts, could not reach anyone through a direct call, etc. never again! More

Made an appointment weeks in advance to bring my Toyota Corolla in for an oil change ($200+) and specifically asked that they investigate the tire indicator light on the dashboard, as well as take a look a Corolla in for an oil change ($200+) and specifically asked that they investigate the tire indicator light on the dashboard, as well as take a look at my struts/shocks (tire shop recommended I replace struts/shocks, I wanted dealer's opinion). I waited on-site while the work was being done. After a few hours, they call me, tell me it's done. I go to the counter to sign and pay, and they not only did not take a look at the cause of the tire light being on, but they also didn't look at my struts/shocks. They simply said "your car is the same as when you brought it in." Thanks for nothing, I guess. $200 oil change that I could've had done for far less time and inconvenience just about anywhere else. Left multiple messages for Val Valadez, with my name and phone number, and have never heard back. Every time I call in, I'm given the name of some other manager, and they are conveniently out of office, never return my calls. To those reading this review thinking "maybe this customer is just fussy", this is not a me problem. Been to multiple Toyota dealerships over the years and never seen such poor service. More

The gentleman was arguing about spark plugs, and I didn’t appreciate it I wasn’t going to pay $900 to have the spark plugs changed. I know it can be cheaper than if I buy the plugs and bring them into you gu appreciate it I wasn’t going to pay $900 to have the spark plugs changed.
