It turned out Marty grew up in the same area as I did and I appreciate the connection and the personal touch. Marty was very confident in my choice and was SO knowledgeable about the Pilot and even helped us choose some accessories for our new vehicle. The entire process was quick and easy!! They are extremely friendly and always explains things so you can understand it perfectly. Gary and AJ always keep you up to date on the status of you car and are willing to work with you to get your car in quickly. The technicians there are extremely friendly and will even come out and help explain any issues with your car. Besides the service department, the sales department is phenomenal! The sales reps will listen to your wants and needs and help you decide what car will best suit your needs and keep you on budget. Brian (GM) is right there to help and explain everything to you. They are very transparent and trustworthy unlike other dealers where they hide "extras" in your car deal. I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda to EVERYONE! I will not buy another car in the Quad Cities that is not from Zimmerman Honda. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done nor can I brag about them enough! More
