I was excited to purchase a 2021 Escalade! What a great experience from the beginning to the end!! Eli Torres was a great salesman and made the sale super easy! He was friendly, professional, and courteous experience from the beginning to the end!! Eli Torres was a great salesman and made the sale super easy! He was friendly, professional, and courteous every step of the way!! When the sale was complete he ensured I was all set up with onstar, and mycadilliac app. He was patient and explained every bit of the car to me from top to bottom. That part was fun, as we were both in awe at this amazing vehicle and all that it had to offer. His manager Antonio was friendly, professional and checked in with us to ensure all was well on the day of the sale and when also checked in when i picked up my vehicle. My final step with Vic was smooth sailing! He did the financing. He explained all the details to me. He was patient and professional. I would and will be recommending them to anyone that wants to purchase a car! So if your in the market for a car, first get to Sarant, then... Please......go see Eli, you will be happy because, he is really the best, and tell him Raquel Welch sent you! More

Dealership personnel were great, longer than expected delivery of vehicle ordered in July went into September/October, vehicle reportedly arrived in New Jersey, took a week to get to dealer from there (? delivery of vehicle ordered in July went into September/October, vehicle reportedly arrived in New Jersey, took a week to get to dealer from there (???).During this period, vehicle was paid for, paid insurance was effective on same, etc Problems encountered, reportedly related to COVID situation made this a very challenging acquisition. Again the Dealership personnel did NOT cause these delays, they were Excellent As of today, very happy with the vehicle !!!!!!!!! More
