I had a flat tire on a Saturday, I came into Albany Subaru at 2:30pm and they found the leak in my tire, patched it, remounted the tire and checked the balance of all 4 tires as well as giving a multi- Subaru at 2:30pm and they found the leak in my tire, patched it, remounted the tire and checked the balance of all 4 tires as well as giving a multi-point inspection. Everyone was very polite. Visit was totally unnecessary, it was evidently only to rotate the tires. The car has only 2000 miles on it, and there is no way the tires ne Visit was totally unnecessary, it was evidently only to rotate the tires. The car has only 2000 miles on it, and there is no way the tires needed rotation. I was told that tires need rotation every 5000 miles or 6 months. Evidently the tires wear out while the car is parked (ridiculous). I also asked for the chime that sounds in the cabin when backing up be disabled. according to the manual and the internet, this feature is configurable by the dealer. But evidently the service personnel don't know how to configure the Solterra. How hard can that be? More
