I normally do not leave reviews as they are subject to too many variables. What could be good one day could be a miss on another. But I must share my experience about our recent service on our 2018 GMC Denali. From the moment we checked in to the moment we picked the truck up we were kept informed about every aspect of the process. I received updates from our Service Consultant Avo Injian at every step. Because this is a company vehicle, getting it back on the road is important as weekly planning must include our vehicles. There were no surprises as all time estimates were accurate and appreciated. Customer Service is almost a thing of the past. But Mr. Injian and Mark Christopher Auto Center prove that it is still Priority 1. More
