The people at Bianchi are wonderful. I have been buying vehicles at Bianchi for 36 years. I have always been treated very well and they keep all the fun in buying or leasing a vehicle. This was our 3rd Honda purchase in 2 years. Everything went ok. Not even a 1/4 tank of gas on pickup. Disappointing for sure. went ok. Not even a 1/4 tank of gas on pickup. Disappointing for sure. More

This is my first car ever so i wanted to make my first purchase memorable and easy. I bought Honda CRV 2020. It was nice however they gave a little information and I have to dig in for information. He knows im a new driver but i am expecting that he will elaborate more the features of the car. I ask about free oil change twice when I visited. I also mentioned it on the day i took the car home with brandon but for a brand new car this should be free of charge on the first year. Last year i inquired about crv 2019 and I got an offer with 2 free oil change. i have a lot of friends who bought from bianchi and got a free oil change and good deal. I felt like since it’s my first time to buy a car they didn’t care. it also took time before i got approved by financing dept. i have to go back the third time to pick up the car. More

All details were worked out by email or telephone so there was minimal time needed at dealership for pick up of vehicle. Salesman did a good job. I was a little disappointed in how long it took to sign the leaser papers.
