EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I was in the market for a new vehicle. I applied for credit approval on Tri State Ford's website. Immediately afterwards I received a call from Sales I was in the market for a new vehicle. I applied for credit approval on Tri State Ford's website. Immediately afterwards I received a call from Sales Rep Landon Miller. He was prepared to help me any way possible with my vehicle choice. He even texted me to inquire what I was looking for. I made an appointment to visit with him at the dealership the next day. Landon was warm, personable and extremely professional. Even though I did not purchase a Ford, he put me in a 2020 Hyundai Venue that met my needs and my budget. He worked with me to get the lowest payments possible on my new vehicle. Finance Manager Wacey Williams walked me through the paperwork making absolutely sure I understood the breakdown of my payments and the warranty. Receptionist Rhonda Rose was kind, welcoming and made sure my partner, who is Handicapped, was comfortable while waiting for me. We talked about our dogs and past vehicles and even got hugs! Rhonda is at the front desk and she is always willing to chat when I’m waiting for something. Even the ones that I don’t really know always say hi every time I come in. I always seem to be up there, getting oil changes for either car, buying a new car, or just getting some random service done. But every time I am there, I am always treated with so much respect and generosity. And now, 3 cars later, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tri-State Ford, for always taking care of me.
