Unfortunately, we did not receive a callback, email, or any follow-up communication. If attempts were made and missed on our end, there was no secondary outreach or documentation to indicate multiple contact attempts. Additionally, our interactions with the parts department felt transactional rather than customer-focused. The approach appeared to default to a simple “no” on pricing flexibility, rather than exploring options or working toward a solution that would help retain long-term customer loyalty. As repeat Subaru owners, we value proactive communication and collaborative problem-solving. Due to the lack of response and flexibility, we are now seeking assistance directly through general management rather than the parts department. We would suggest clearer follow-up procedures and a more solution-oriented approach when customers reach out for assistance—especially those attempting to shop local and remain loyal to the brand. More
