Terrible service department Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the ca Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the car back and the air worked great, however a few days later we notice issue with the backup camera every so often. I was planning to take it back then receive a call from a lady asking if I still need my part? When I asked what part she stated something to do with the backup camera. Haven’t been back I will take the car somewhere else to get the rest of this warranty work done. It will cost me $100 to take it elsewhere but it’s totally worth it. Careful when using these folks! More

Quality on time service. We use this dealership for both of our vehicles. We haven’t used another center since 2012 when we bought our Acadia from there. Excellent Service Department I appreciate the time that the service department takes to thoroughly make the proper diagnoses, explain their recommendations and then follow-up thei I appreciate the time that the service department takes to thoroughly make the proper diagnoses, explain their recommendations and then follow-up their work to be sure that they have completed the job properly and efficiently. I have always taken my GMC to the dealership to be serviced, but since moving to the Augusta area I have had exceptional experiences with the local GMC service department. I don't know much about servicing cars and don't have family locally to give their input, but Mr. David treated my car not only like it was his, but more importantly like it was his daughter's car. I will continue bringing my car back here for any service or maintenance because I know I will be safe in my vehicle on the road and I know I will get an honest evaluation. Thank you for being my new "home" GMC dealership! More
