I have had the pleasure of working with William Gilkes many times and he has always been fantastic. His genuine concern for me as a customer and his honesty meant so much to me today. I left a tire stor many times and he has always been fantastic. His genuine concern for me as a customer and his honesty meant so much to me today. I left a tire store that told me my recently damaged tore was dangerous to drive on and it was best to replace all tires. William asked me to come by and let him look at it. He looked at it and explained to me why there was no need to replace the tire. He could have convinced me that it needed replaced right away like the other store did, but instead gave me a lesson on tires! He is a blessing! More
