Just the last service the advisor was rude, no courtesy, I think last name is Medina. Made wait for not reason, when was attending me he interrupted

Made wait for not reason, when was attending me he interrupted talking and service me to talk to people with another adviser. I think he did it on purpose. It was some recommended services like a nail on one of the tired and Medina did not tell me, pieces were out stock for some reuested service and I was not informed until the end. This is the first time and received a service like that, I love Barker Nisaan and I have been going there for more than 15 years.
Definitely, I will choose another advisor there.
