Wait times are usually too high, even for appointments. Prices are marked up compared to other mechanic shops. I live 15 minutes away and I asked for a shuttle ride once, but they only provided a ride to my home. I had to book an Uber to get back to the dealership. Very incompetent and poor customer service. The only saving grace was my most recent service advisor - Yvonne Russel. She was quick and thorough, despite balancing a number of walk-ins around lunch time. Five stars to her, the rest need to pay better attention. More
