Were willing to go the extra mile to get me the car that I wanted even though it was not one they normally carry. Erica at HOL took great care of us! She was knowledgeable about the Odyssey we were interested in, listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly, located the model and color we wanted, knowledgeable about the Odyssey we were interested in, listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly, located the model and color we wanted, and updated us regularly as we waited for it to arrive. We visited/contacted several dealerships through our purchase process and HOL was the best experience and price for the vehicle we wanted. If you are wanting someone to find the perfect deal and take time with making sure everything is perfect I would absolutely call for Russ.
