Working with this dealership was a breeze. No hassle, no pushy sales, pricing was fair and up front. Had more of a small-town dealership feel. So pleased with our 2022 Honda Pilot lease. This is our first lease and Russ Meyer answered all questions we had and was very down to earth, personable and transparent. We didn't feel like we were talking to salesmen, just people who wanted to help our dreams of a 3rd row vehicle come true. We worked with Scott for the finance portion and he was fantastic. Were willing to go the extra mile to get me the car that I wanted even though it was not one they normally carry. Erica at HOL took great care of us! She was knowledgeable about the Odyssey we were interested in, listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly, located the model and color we wanted, knowledgeable about the Odyssey we were interested in, listened to our questions and answered them thoroughly, located the model and color we wanted, and updated us regularly as we waited for it to arrive. We visited/contacted several dealerships through our purchase process and HOL was the best experience and price for the vehicle we wanted.
