Once I had an appointment to install running boards on my new Tacoma, everything went great. My only issue was that I had some difficulty getting an appointment set up. Called once I received email that boards were in and was told I would have to wait until the service rep called me. They then told me he was on vacation that week(I was calling on Monday). I happened to have ordered a bedstep through your parts folks and had received an email that those parts were in. I came in to pick up the bedstep and while leaving, happened to ask a service rep(Zach) if there was anything we could do to speed up the install of the running boards. He gave me an appointment for the next day. Experience with parts fellow and second rep was great but why couldn't 1st service rep I talked to on the phone have simply set up the appointment. More

Overall, fairly please with the dealership as a whole. Upside was what I felt was a good deal on new Tacoma. Downside was seemed a bit difficult to get in touch with people after the fact. Parts arrived in 2 days and I received email that they were in. Had a little issue getting in touch with salesman to figure out how to now get them installed(no callback after calling his Mobile#). Next day called dealership number and was able to get the salesman. Salesman told me who to get in touch with so called(on a Monday) and was told that person was on vacation all week and I would receive a call once he was back. I went to dealership to order a bedstep and while there, I questioned a service rep about getting the running boards installed and ended up with an appointment for the next day. Appointment worked great and they were installed in an hour. So high points=fair deal, quick install, and good parts guys. Low points=Getting in touch with salesman post-deal, some confusion within service reps, and coordination of post deal install could have been better. More
