The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they have a very comfortable waiting area. I didn't have an appointment, but they got me taken care of in about an hour for 25,000 mile maintenance. I had an appointment with Raven, I was met by Zach and was told he would be doing my appointment. I had already been quoted by JC my typical agent which I won’t discuss but I will say he is an excellent a was told he would be doing my appointment. I felt like he wasn’t being honest, ( again I was quoted already) he then removed several components and had my quote to about 1400 and he then stated “ you’re really just paying for fluids”. I was appalled. I opted to have just an oil change. He refused to give me a print out of how much everything was with the 120k service. When I checked out Raven was present for my payment? She quoted me minus the oil change around 1000. Needless to say it felt like Zach tried to ROB me. More
