Bad experience, always I have ask for help because nobody received me and also this last time I arrived 4:30pm and they took 1:30 to finish the oil change I was the last customer. The best Toyota service dept Katy was great along with Todd, Zack And rest of the staff I get all my service work done on all of my vehicles. Here they always go out of their way to help me. I was very disappointed , my experience with David and Zach, Todd was awful and very degrading. Todd was being very sarcastic. I even over heard his conversation with another customer on the phone at 332 Zach, Todd was awful and very degrading. Todd was being very sarcastic. I even over heard his conversation with another customer on the phone at 332 pm the customer was also saying he is talking to them sarcastically. “He said mam I’m not being sarcastic.” I just looked at him like wow another customer is telling you that you are being sarcastic and rude. All I wanted was for someone to communicate with me about my car. I waited 4 hours before I asked what was going going on and when I called I felt no one cared to address my concerns from Katy given me the wrong number to corporate office to David, zach and Todd. I will never come back. I will take my car to another Toyota dealer. Communication there is extremely awful there. They over charge me when I seen them bring my car in the shop at 145pm and was done at 331pm. I will be calling better business bearu. My appointment was at 8am and all I was told is that they have over 8 cars that’s been there for a week. That I can’t expect them to call me every hour and and tell me about my car. This is not exceptable. Very sarcastic talking to me. Enough is enough never again. More

The issue with my car was not typical . "a yup can take care of that", did not pertain. You will have to leave your car so we can go through steps to figure out the problem.
