Jury is still out on whither dealership will keep that rating - inept service department could have killed us by not tightening lug nuts, all but 1 on passenger front sheared off after 300 miles!!!! Service manager already argued with mechanic about need for new brake pads with new rotors - so... ya, you best reimberse those invoices QUICKLY and without fuss when they arrive!!!!
