Post purchasing customer service needs to improve from the sales team. Communication definitely needs to be better for both the sales team and service dept. I’ve made more attempts to reach out to the de the sales team. Communication definitely needs to be better for both the sales team and service dept. I’ve made more attempts to reach out to the dealership for follow ups than both departments combined. If I don’t call the dealership to follow up on the status of my part, then nothing would’ve been done. If you don’t care to obtain and retain my loyalty to your dealership then continue doing what you’re doing. More

Had an excellent experience here. Chris helped us find just the vehicle we were looking for. Jim was very knowledgeable when it came to working up financing for us and also helping wi Chris helped us find just the vehicle we were looking for. Jim was very knowledgeable when it came to working up financing for us and also helping with ideas for selling our other truck. Jesse and Ozzy in finance made the paperwork process so smooth. Mathew helped us when we brought our other truck in to sell, very nice and took care if us since Chris was off that day. Zenia also helped take care of us by getting a part ordered and set up to be fixed within just days of picking up our truck. Can't forget Brandy who actually convinced me to come in by being so nice and welcoming by answering all of my questions and concerns over the phone. Definitely will be going back here in the future for our vehicle purchases. More
