Gary was especially kind and accommodating by allowing me to take the actual car that I was interested in off the showroom floor for an extra long test drive so I really got the feel of how the car performed. Everyone at Ferman was amazing. Joe gets a 10 out 10 for dealing with our endless changes in what we wanted. At the end of the day(s) we got the X5 M Sport and the deal we wanted.
