I owned several new vehicles before this 4 runner and I always have them serviced at their respective dealership . They were all nice however this dealership has them beat by a mile.it was a step into the always have them serviced at their respective dealership . They were all nice however this dealership has them beat by a mile.it was a step into the future everything went like clockwork Tho service manager was fantastic he took charge and explained everything about the service that was to be. Performed, how long it would take directed to the waiting room which was fantastic I was really impressed I can’t wait until my next service visit it was sooo nice. Great Job Toyota of Scranton ,great job!!!!! More

Jason was great but a bad part will make me have to return again for repair. I paid 63K and am unhappy that this part broke in the first place. The next day, Jason had a part overnighted and installe return again for repair. I paid 63K and am unhappy that this part broke in the first place. Most of the staff is very friendly and courteous. I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highl I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highly satisfied. It is very convenient for me because I work close by and can get rides to or from work to get work done to my vehicle. I also think it's a nice touch that they offer something to eat or drink if your waiting because there have been times I had no time for lunch. More
