Most of the staff is very friendly and courteous. I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highl I have worked with the service department several times now and other than one incident shortly after I purchased my Toyota Rav4 from then I am highly satisfied. It is very convenient for me because I work close by and can get rides to or from work to get work done to my vehicle. I also think it's a nice touch that they offer something to eat or drink if your waiting because there have been times I had no time for lunch. More

Frank, my sales associate, was very nice, helpful, and polite. The place was clean. I recently had a visit due to the mark I had in my car when I picked it up that I couldn't find but finally found and so polite. The place was clean. I recently had a visit due to the mark I had in my car when I picked it up that I couldn't find but finally found and some other marks. There was broken glass in the parking lot. I brought it to the team's attention and it was taken care of immediately. James brown is an asset to your company. He was very helpful and nice. Front desk administrator is wonderful. Note for the financial paperwork: You should give a small manilla envelope with the paperork. It is too much for the business envelope and the envelop rips very easily. Note about the Camry: The headrests are uncomfortable with the curve forward, especially for short people like myself. I took about a two hour trip to Allentown, PA and had a stiff neck. Had to figure out a way to position my neck so that wouldn't happen on the way home. Otherwise, I am happy with the car. More

I am used to getting excellent service from Toyota of Scranton. My last experience was not so excellent and I called to let them know. Their manager called me and I made him aware of the issue and told h Scranton. My last experience was not so excellent and I called to let them know. Their manager called me and I made him aware of the issue and told him that it was not up to the standards that I am used to and that I could take care of it myself. I’m Sure he spoke to the team and things got resolved immediately. TOYOTA is still might go to Place. More
