This dealership is a disgrace to VW of America! The General Manager, Ken, is highly unskilled, very unprofessional, and incredibly disrespectful to his loyal and respectful customers. The Service Manager, Leo, gives some effort but fails miserably. One of the front desk service consultants, Tom, also tries but fails to have some customer service skills. If two of the main managers do not provide a good example for their employees, what is to be expected from this dealership? Enough said. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable VW Dealership that will treat you with the deserved respect and professionalism.
