In scheduling service for my car, it was made easier in that it was picked up at a good time and was returned on the completion of the service at a good time. I did not have to get out of the house on this day. Very thankful for this service. If I had to take it to the dealership, I might have had to sit for the entire time of service, which could have been very tiring.

I have had nothing but the kindest and most professional service from Landers Toyota. This includes both formal service by Toyota as well as informal assistance given. A couple of weeks ago Scott Mason and Seth I think it was fixed a squirrel chewed hose that was keeping my windshield wiper fluid from working and didn’t even charge me. Today Scott kindly pumped up my tires. I have bought 8 cars from this dealership (for myself and multiple relatives) and have never had a bad experience. I can’t praise them enough!

Brought my wifes Jeep in for what I thought was a minor issue and they quickly found the root cause for the Isuue. Unfortunately had to replace the motor, luckily had an aftermarket warranty. They took care of it, in a timely manner and kept us updated along the way. Wife got her jeep back and couldn't be happier with the service!

All I can say is my service experience was by far the best one I have ever had. My husband broke down in NWA while on a job and I contacted Ryan to let him know that my vehicle was being towed to his service dept. When the tow truck arrived Ivory greeted my husband by name and took him to meet Ryan and Tayler. After giving them all of the information Ivory gave him a ride back to where he was staying. Ryan kept in touch with us throughout the entire repair which was finished the very next day. I honestly can not say enough good things about this service department. We have been to many dealers in our travels and never once felt as if we could trust in the service department our vehicle was being left with. I applaud the dealer for employing such amazing talent!
