I had to constantly follow up. LCD Display Monitor is still broken.....MONITOR HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. Last time I visited, service representative manager guaranteed a call back that afternoon, that was 2 weeks ago. I AM ACTUAL PROOF OF THEIR LOUSY SERVICE. SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. PLEASE, PLEASE STAY AWAY. It's now been 5 months and it's still broken.
