The work seems to be fine but I’m not happy about the 3% credit card fee. I realize the work was very labor intensive and I’m ok with the amount charged but that extra 3% added almost $60 to it. As a senior on a fixed income, this hurts. I always use a credit card so this added fee is not welcome at all. If I’m only needing an oil change, I may look elsewhere for service. That being said, Roberto was great and I felt like he really listened to me.

Gave me the items that need to be done now after 30,000 miles with the prices (other service places never do this). Was on the road within 1 and 1/2 hr. Good Job AutoNation Costa Mesa. Thanks Issac.
