The service clerks were prompt, informative, and friendly. I had an early appointment so I was aware of the estimated time to complete all of the services and recalls. No loaners were available, which is disappointing. No shuttle was available. I did get to test drive their new Yukon XL, which was nice. Most of the workers were attentive and asked if I needed something while i wait.
