I have never in my life written a review about a car dealership. I mean, let’s face it, usually it’s pretty much like going to the dentist. All of the excitement about getting a new car is usually drowned out by icky sales people and the feeling that somehow another you’re just getting screwed IMAGINE MY SURPRISE! Harbor Hyundai is in a class by itself. From the managers to the sales people and the finance department, everyone was just so xxxx nice and accommodating! I really felt like they had my back and wanted to make sure that I was happy and felt good about my experience. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough and no they did not pay me to say this 😆 My sincere gratitude to Bill, Jesse, Gianni, and my personal sales associate Miguel. You all restored my faith that buying a car CAN be fun!

Poor Service and Lack of Accountability – Be Cautious I brought my 2017 Honda Civic to Diamond Honda for a coolant service, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The time it takes just to get a proper inspection is unreasonable, and I was charged more than once for the same issue — which is unacceptable. Management and service operations show a lack of urgency and care. If you value your time and want quality service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I brought in my brand new 2024 Toyota for its first scheduled maintenance, and the car was in perfect condition prior to the service. Immediately after the maintenance, the headlight completely stopped working. We contacted the service department right away, but they claimed that the issue was caused by rodent damage that "coincidentally" occurred at the exact same time as the maintenance. Despite the vehicle being under a two-year warranty, they refused to cover the repair. At first, they quoted us over $700 to fix the headlight. After lengthy discussions, they offered a so-called "favor" by giving a discount—bringing the cost down to over $400, which is still completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle under warranty. As a result, I had to use my husband’s car to commute to my job at the hospital, while our two young children had to walk home from school with him for over half an hour. This situation was both disruptive and stressful for our entire family. This experience has been deeply disappointing. The service department was dishonest, dismissive, and unprofessional. I brought in a perfectly functioning vehicle for routine maintenance and ended up with a major issue that they refused to take responsibility for.

Horrible. My Tacoma had a paint recall, made the appt to bring it in for repair. Over 5 hour round trip for me - and wife has dementia. Everything I do has to be pre planned. Lady I made appt with assured me the truck would be left there and I would be given a loaner until completed. Not so. My over 5 hour round trip was for them to take 4 pictures. NOTHING accomplished at all. I was lied to. I'm absolutely disgusted by this.

I had a great experience purchasing a new Subaru Legacy at Subaru of Thousand Oaks. The purchase was facilitated by two outstanding sales people: Mathias and Leena. Mathias corresponded with me to let me know when the car I was interested in came in. Leena demonstrated most aspects of the car in great detail during the test drive with great patience and sweetness. Both Mathias and Leena were very knowledgeable, pleasant, sharp and not pushy (which is very rare among car sales people). I was made to feel very comfortable during the whole process and treated with respect. I live all the way in West LA and they drove the car to my house that same evening, so I did not have to leave my Honda behind in Thousand Oaks. They later followed up to ensure satisfaction. Kudos as well to Rodrigo who authorized the deal and to Jose Magana, the Manager who stepped in to prevent a glitch. This is the type of service you seldom find as a woman buying a car. I recommend them most highly.

I purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma over the phone and viewing a few photos as well as the description of the condition of the truck from salesperson (Josh Akker). The transaction was simple and not painful as purchasing a vehicle can be. Josh delivered the Tacoma early the following morning. It was cleaned in/out and it didn't look like a 17-year-old truck and a full tank, what more could I have asked for. The overall condition was outstanding. I test drove it and it drove great. O have 2021 Chevy Equinox and love it. Brought it from Wiin in Carson in 2021 with 5 miles now has 19500 miles.
