Northwest Hills Jeep was able to locate and get the discontinued color for 2025, Midnight Blue, with the equipment that I wanted, but I had to step up to the significantly more expensive Overland trim. I received about $4,500 in Jeep incentives, but the sales manager didn’t discount anything from the MSRP and lowballed me on my trade. The dealer made an extremely tidy profit on this sale but had me between a rock and a hard place since the color & options I wanted were very limited in my area. I also wanted to buy before the tariffs announced by the economics genius in the White House drove up the price of the vehicle. Overall, I would recommend that you compare several other dealerships if you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from NW Hills.

Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.
