The price for the car was such a great deal compared to comparable cars in the area. Josh was helpful and efficient making my daughter’s first time car purchase an easy and pleasant experience. I would buy again from this dealership and from Josh specifically! We did notice upon pickup the car console was not cleaned out however Josh took care of it right away as well as assuring the car was safety tested and road ready. Great Service!

When I say that this is a place that you have to come back to once you’ve been here I mean it! I stopped in a few months ago with a unique situation and an urgent need to replace my vehicle. Ed in finance took his time to educate me on what would be the best solution for my current situation. It’s honestly beautiful when someone takes the time to teach you something and helps you to make not just a decision in their favor, but an educated choice. I had left still contemplating whether I wanted to move forward but after a few months and being chased by other hungry dealerships, who still weren’t even offering anything close to what Ed had taught me I inevitably returned to Shakers. While just browsing the lot with my husband, Nick from sales greeted us with a smile and explored various vehicles with us that would be to our liking. Once learning about my unique situation, Knick and Ed collaborated on a plan and a vehicle that would be best for all of my needs. My entire experience felt warm, welcoming, insightful, and overall like a process I could trust. They were able to get me the exact car of my dream at a price point that fit exactly to my budget and worked for my other circumstances. I’ve never experienced a dealership team so dedicated to putting the customers needs first. And then to wrap it all up meeting with Corey, who finalizes the deal was the icing on the cake. Shady at best. They get you in the door then tell you the vehicle your interested in isn’t available. They could have told me when I made the test drive appointment. Definitely not a family owned business like Scap was.

Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.

Went there for an oil change. Service reps were rude, unhelpful, and flippant about service. I am a new jeep owner and they lost a potential customer for the duration I will have my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and patronize one of the other jeep dealerships in the area for service. I don’t recommend this service center to anyone
