She got a new engine from Kia under a recall quickly and provided a rental car for a couple days until the engine was delivered and installed. She communicated via text to give updates. Car seems to be running great now, I will definitely be returning for future service.

Upon arrival, I was sent to see Reynaldo Caraballo (Ray) in Customer Service. He did inform me that the piece was defective, and they needed to get a new one. I did comeback a 2nd time and Ray did welcome me in a very friendly manner and took care of the car without waiting and the recall was resolve. Ray was very respectful and friendly and did an excellent job of making me feel welcome at the center.
