Getting an appointment was easy. The repairs (emission systems extended warranty item) was done promptly, and I was on my was in less than an hour. I love dealing with Sansing's service, parts, and sales departments. I ordered a new BMW from them this week, to replace my eleven-year-old one. I didn't even bother shopping other dealerships or brands.

Josh in service went above and beyond to help schedule an appointment to repair a defective surge pump that occurred the day before my schedule trip. If he had not done this I would have lost deposits forcing me to cancel or delay trip. That shows how much he cares about his customers and the reputation of the dealership. I picked this service center because it had the best reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try—and I definitely don’t regret it! I had to drive all the way from Key West since the service center there sucks, and I needed my car fixed fast. They didn’t make me wait long to figure out what was wrong with my car. Since I had to get back to Key West for work and couldn’t hang around, they gave me a loaner car. A few hours later, before I even got home, they called to say my car was ready! I didn’t expect them to fix the AC and replace part of the exhaust pipe that quickly! Awesome service! ROXANA was Amazing and super helpful!

I traveled from North Carolina to Orlando for vacation. Before leaving for vacation, I had my car serviced and battery changed in hope that no car issues would be encountered during the trip. The trip down had multiple stops without any issues. The next morning, I started up the car and drove it approximately 1/2 mile, turned it off and came back 10 minutes later and the car wouldn't start. I had a planned engagement to attend so I left the car and came back for it later. I jumped it and it started right up. I drove it another 1/2 mile, parked it and tried to start it again but it wouldn't start. I tried to start it and once more and heard a clicking noise coming from the relay box beside the battery and the undercar lights blinking on and off faintly. The undercar lights stopped blinking altogether and the key fob would not unlock the door or open the door. The entire car systems went dark. I was jumped it again and it started right up. I emailed Universal Nissan around 12:00 midnight indicating the problem with my vehicle. I received a call around 11:00 am the next day from them to schedule a service appointment. I scheduled it for 4:20 pm because I had a previous engagement that I had to attend. The engagement ended earlier than expected and Universal Nissan was able to accommodate rescheduling the appointment to an earlier time of 2:40 pm. I arrived at the dealership at my alloted appointment and after a brief wait for my service advisor Jotzam Torres came to provide me assistance. I explained in great detail the services performed on the car and the issue I was having with the vehicle. Jotzam immediately diagnosed the issue and demonstrated what was causing the problem. Also, when the part for my car wasn't in stock, he was able to find a comparable replacement part that would fit my vehicle. He placed my mind at ease because I was thinking it was an electrical issue and was going to cost alot of money to fix. He was able to have my car repaired and provide me with peace of mind. I have a had a previous issue with a car problem while traveling which resulted in a poor experience and a loss of credibility in Nissan for me. I had a rewarding experience with Jotzam and Universal Nissan which has restored my faith in Nissan. If I lived in Orlando I would always service my vehicle with Jotzam and Universal Nissan

This is a review BRAMAN PORSCHE....................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warranty. I declined to have the work done and was NOT happy! I paid the diagnostic fee and left. The following day the service Manager Craig Middleton went out of his way to give me a call to tell me that they made a mistake on the amount out of pocket and he wanted to make it right, and boy did he! They picked up my car from my house dropped off a loaner car repaired my Cayenne in 3 days, refunded my diagnostic fee and did not charge me a dime out of pocket! He also had my car detailed and out front ready to go when I got there! As a retired GM in the car business, I must tell you that Craig and his team did an outstanding job of making a disgruntled customer into a happy customer and I must say now a customer for life!! Thanks Craig and the team a Braman Porsche!!

Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.

I have been living here for 21 years and used to be a Ford man for years but now after purchasing 4 VW vehicles. You have excellent sales people Mark Torelli has sold me my last 2 vehicles and we are very happy with him on the team. My first car was sold to me by Gary DeStefano in fact Gary was the one who told me about VW in general and sold me on the make. I can say this Mark Torelli is very knowledgeable on the VW’s and friendly too. Another selling point is the Pete Moore facility ( lot, building crew members all very clean, people will shop and buy from a dealer just by the way it looks then when you have the right people in the right jobs it is an “ All Win Team”.
