Let me start by saying that I typically hate dealerships. We needed a new family SUV. We had been “low-balled” on our trade-in at multiple locations throughout northern and central FL. I received a text on the weekend after business hours and assumed it was simply an automated message. Turns out, Stephen, the GM, had taken the time to reach out and hear everything I had to say and within MINUTES, we came to an agreeable number that was thousands higher than the competition. The next day we met with James and he simply asked what he could do for us. No pushy sales pitch, nothing to hide. Just simple and sincere service. We shared stories and experiences and felt like he was taking the time to get us not only what we wanted, but simplified the process in record time. Lastly, the finance manager, Curt, went through all the numbers with us, provided us with options, and left us with a sense of comfort and assurance. We felt taken care of from the very beginning and left with both a deal and a vehicle we were proud of. Given my previous experiences, this staff left nothing to chance. From the communication, openness, and efficiency, I can’t honestly imagine ever going to any other dealership again. Thank you guys for all your help!
