With a 20-year old Outback L.L. Bean Wagon, this dealer has been my servicing dealer for all repairs since I bought from them all those years ago. My car is challenging for servicing with over 237K miles. This last trip took two visits to finally correct. They offer a loaner car which is greatly appreciated. Without them, I would have more difficulty with my beloved Subaru. I do not want a new car at my age. My old friend makes me very happy. I hope they understand my love of this car!!! I recommend this Dealer and Servicing!

I was unable to purchase a vehicle from Pedro 4 yrs a ago. I was so impressed with him I told a friend, who had a bad experience at another local Subaru dealer, to go and see Pedro. My Friend bought a car from Pedro. Recently that same friend decided to see if it was worth it to upgrade to a newer model from his 2022 Subaru crosstrek sport. He would have done the deal with Pedro if he hadn't had a car accident. He still made the purchase at Coconut Creek Subaru. 2 weeks ago I traded in my 2019 cross trek premium and finally made a purchase with Pedro. I have a 2025 Crosstrek sport at a interest rate I can manage for a period of time that I wanted. The staff have been great, the sales process was painless. The pricing was straight forward. Not a lot of back and forth with a faceless manager. If anyone asks me where to but a Subaru, I'm telling them go to Coconut Creek and see Pedro.

Sigourney was my first contact and seemed like an old friend. She quickly pin pointed what I wanted and invited me in for a test drive. Jeavaun went on my test drive and explained the features. He was very patient with all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about Volvos. As he talked my excitement grew about Volvo. I put money down and was out the door. They called when my car came in and I was thrilled with the look of my car. This dealership is a 45 minute drive for me, however; it was so worth it! I consider them all dear friends. I believe we will be friends for a very long time. I also believe I will be driving a Volvo for a very long time. My car is an absolute dream! Thank you so much.

I traded in my 2022 Subaru outback Limited, edition XT and purchased the 2025 model as I found out they were changing the body styles in 2026 thanks to Anthony Landers. I love this body style and decided I wanted to keep it so I traded it in purchased a new one. I bought my first one from Anthony in 2022 and Anthony is now on thw finance team. He made this process extremely easy I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with my brand new car and Allan was great with showing me some of the new features and letting me know that any questions that I had or came up with after I left that they are always available for me to call. Having worked in the auto business, I am on to the gimmicks and tricks that dealers pull on customers. This is the most transparent and painless transaction I have had in Florida. A simple call to Ed Santiago to discuss a new lease and we drove away a few days later in our 2025 Outback. The car was nicely detailed and my wife loved the beautiful pearl white paint with ivory leather interior. The sales manager introduced himself (Eli Eid) and said he would do what it would take to make a deal. He was true to his word. I would highly recommend Subaru of Westley Chapel if you are looking for great experience. I hope the service department meets the same criteria and offers great service. Time will tell.
