Great Staff - Customer
Late Saturday morning, I required service on my Jeep. Expecting the service department to not have any available appointments, I planned to only purchase the parts. The parts department was extremely helpful and gave recommendations on actions to take with the service I needed. On my way out from the cashier, I decided ask the service advisor if, by chance, they could service my car. With enthusiasm, he checked and said yes. While waiting, I walked to the sales area and had a very pleasant discussion with a salesperson, who showed me a vehicle that he thought I might interest me. We took it for a test drive and I could only say good things about it. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, my overall experience with the staff at Adams Jeep was fantastic. Thanks!!!
Day 2 with My New 2017 Journey GT - JohnG
From when I started my purchasing process, Jeremy was great! I felt at home and unrushed in the whole process. My expectations were exceeded.
Jeremy met me and we talked about what I was looking for and he was receptive to what I was talking about. I felt comfortable from the start working with him. I left that day with my decision made. Jeremy's demeanor and knowledge is the main reason that I made my purchase at Ourisman.
I was also quite happy with Dina. She made the paperwork process flow smoothly. Everything we were doing made sense as she explained it.
I also had my first experience with the Service Department. To my surprise, I noticed a small screw in the tire when I picked up the car. Since the service department was closed, we agreed I would return the next day. After meeting Mike and Jesse, the problem was resolved expeditiously, even as the Service Department was busy with other customers. The screw turned out to be a tiny little one with no consequences after removing it.
Thinking back on my experience, I am very happy with the entire experience and look forward to future dealings with the staff at Ourisman.
Excellent Customer Servies - Tracy
My husband and I had great service with Aaron Lenz. I was not completely sure what I wanted and he answered all my questions and never rushed me after spending 4 1/2 hours with us.
Refined and Pure Gentleman - pauled
Charlie knows his stuff, and is a straight shooter. He is prompt not pushy and will work with you to arrive at the best deal. I will highly recommend (him) and can say without a doubt he is the easiest going car salesman I have ever dealt with. OH and Fred Frederick empowers their employees to handle EVERY aspect of the sale. I love that! Good dealer, best Salesman.

professional, courteous - Driver Trainer Man
Arrived for routine oil change at 0645 and was on my way before 0845. All went well. Personnel are courteous and pleasant. The facility exudes a warm atmosphere and the hot chocolate was an added bonus.
Wonderful Experience - Clyde2016
Had no intention of buying a new vehicle. Stopped in to waste some time and look at Ram 1500.Kim came while I was looking at a white Laramie Longhorn. Wound up in her cubicle and picked up my white Laramie Longhorn the next day. Great experience. Felt no pressure to buy the vehicle from Kim or Barry her manager. I surely would buy there again.
Rich was awesome, he made me comfortable to buy my new SUV. - Nicole Hicks

Cherekee jeep - ersivad
Mr. Green was very helpful with the information he gave which helped be to decide to trade in my BMW for a Jeep Cherekee. He was very polite and presented me with a vehicle that had the things I desired to be in my vehicle.
Always a straight forward experience. - slipjoint
Always work with straight forward professionals here. None of the time consuming games. Plain language negotiations structure starts with sales staff managers and filters down through the ranks. I don't enjoy the process anymore than anyone else. But I have purchased 11 new cars since 1980 and 4 of them at this dealer and no repeat buys at any of the other 7 dealers.
Five stars - Rebecca M.
Five stars to Ceidrick Marselin for making my buying experience so enjoyable, he will work hard to get you the car you want. I will recommend him to all my friends.
Great Service Department!! - DSampson
I have been going to Heritage Chrysler Service Dept for some time and it's been the best! If Brent Ivie is passing thru he always speaks and it's much appreciated. I came in for an oil change and noticed my check engine light was on also. Mr. Jerome Brown hooked up his handy diagnostic computer and discovered the reason the light was on was because of the battery. That day I just wanted to get an oil change and get on with my day. He showed me to the waiting room and the wait was very reasonable. As I departed, he recommended if it comes on again stop by and get the battery replaced. Jerome actually called me a few days later to get an updated status. Everything was fine at the time but some time later that light was on again - I made an appointment and arranged to have the battery replaced and all is good to go. It may seem like no big deal but I was really impressed to get that call back. Each time I get my truck serviced, Mr. Brown and all the Service reps are knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly. They answer all of my questions and make recommendations without trying to pressure me into anything. The department always seems clean and friendly. Highly recommended!!
Great Buying Experience - skim
I was able to purchase my 2016 Jeep Cherokee with little problem!! I had visited 4 other dealerships and walked out each time, because they made representations that were not realized when I went in. Fefe was a man of his word and made my buying experience really great. Also, Edward was really helpful in financing. I recommend both very highly.
Very satisfied with Mr. Charles Benn - Avis White Thomas
We were very satisfied with the great customer service with Mr. Benn. Always greeted us with a smile and was very responsive to our needs. Mr. Benn was very knowledgeable, helpful and we were very happy with the transaction in reference to our purchase of our new. In my opinion Mr. Benn was top notch in the way things were handled!

Faboulous Experience ! Great Customer Servie! - casteels4wv
First and Foremost there are always 2 sides to a story! With that being said..Darcars (Carrollton MD) is one of the Best out there if not the Best. I had been having issues either getting financed or the payment being over the top. I found the car I wanted called and spoke with Mrs.Pat King, and the rest is history. I left the dealership with my souped up Chrysler and an affordable payment. I am sure all of the sales associate's are fabulous, although personally Mrs. Pat King is the one whom you want to deal with. She says what she means and means what she says. If she says she is getting you in the car you want with your payments reasonable she will and she can !! I will recommend DARCARS to everyone. !! Thanks so much to EVERYONE @ Darcars for making my car shopping pleasureable !!! #darcarsrock
Great experience - Chris15

horrible serviCe department. - disapointed mopar fan
service department is horrible. We bought brand new journey got check engine light same week. Took it in 4 times before they finally test drove it and figured out it needed an ecm flash update. Just took it in for a recall was told one day took 4. As soon as we left the lot engine light. They blame o2 sensor. Still never once test drove it. Bunch of lazy xxxxx. Avoid this dealer at all cost!
Inexpierienced - Brandan Akins
I took a truck in for a 2" front, 1" rear leveling kit install, and a 4 wheel alignment. After a full day with my truck, I was informed that they needed it overnight, and was I aware that my truck would be lifted 4".?????? Lol,lol. Seriously. If your not familiar with very common spacer kits, than maybe you shouldn't schedule them. Thanks for wasting a full day of my time.
Arrogant Lying Snobs - Hermdogg
Where should I start? Let me start by giving a little background on my situation, needed to get a new car as my lease was expiring in a few days and this was my last weekend to purchase a new vehicle. I did my research and I was set on a Durango, that is why I ended up purchasing the vehicle from Don Whites. First off the salesman was arrogant, pushy, and overall rude. Whenever I told the salesman that something was important to me and my wife, he constantly said "it's not a big deal". When finalizing the deal, he promised to throw in all weather mats, when I went back in to the dealership after the sale was finalized he told me that he didn't remember saying that and that he had nothing in writing. After then agreeing to purchase them from the dealership for $75 dollars, I was told he quoted me incorrectly and the price is really $135 plus tax. But when I told him that's not what we agreed on, I was then told once again "it's not a big deal, it's only a few bucks more".
After some back-and-forth negotiating with the salesman and finance rep on the price, and other terms I was then told that the lowest APR % I qualified for thru the dealership was with Suntrust for 3.64% even though I told them I was prequalified for 72 month loan at 1.99% from my credit union. The financial rep said that he called my credit union and that wasn't the case and I could only get the higher rate from Suntrust and that I should be happy that I got that. I then asked the rep to start the paperwork with Suntrust and that I would go into my credit union on Monday to get something from them saying I was approved for 1.99% and to hold off on filing the paperwork with SunTrust to which he said "no problem". Come Monday after sitting with a rep at my credit union I was told that no one received a call from the credit union to check on my pre-approved status. I then have the credit union rep call the financial rep at the dealership to explain that I was approved for the lower 72 month rate and to change the paperwork; that is when the financial rep told the credit union rep that the paperwork was already filed and that there was nothing he could do. The reasoning behind the high APR was because the finance rep was rating me on 75 month loan, not 72 like I requested. Apparently when you apply for a 75 month term, it automatically pulls the rate for an 84 month rate. Another issue was when when the financial rep told me that I could enroll in a bi-weekly payment plan and save $$$, he never told me that there was a $399 application fee plus a $1.95 installment fee attached to that agreement. I discovered that once I got home.
So after contacting the GM at the dealership and explaining the situation and what had transpired with the financial rep, he told me that "I've known the 'financial rep' for xx amount of years and that doesn't sound like something he would do". What ever happened to the customer is always right? After my conversation with the GM, he agreed to change up the paperwork to include my credit union as the lean holder as long as I was able to come back into the dealership to sign the new paperwork. When I returned to the dealership I met with one of the owners and asked him what the next step was, if I was to contact SunTrust to tell them that the loan was now thru my credit union or if they or my credit union need to contact them. His reply: "Why? The paperwork was never filed", even thought the financial rep told my credit union rep just the opposite and that nothing could be done.
If I had more time to visit other dealerships, I would've. I was just in a situation where I couldn't.
The salesmans name was Trevor Roy and the Financial reps name was Bill Gonzales

Workaholics! - James Fortier
Sales person did everything they could to get me my 2500 ram. When he couldn't go any further, his management team came in and worked everything they could. They did the job. I'm very pleased with the attention to the customer.
Happyness with a dealership. - old time car guy
Hi, I am going to buy a new RAM pickup from TATE. It will be the ninth vehicle from them. I am a former auto dealer myself and really do like Tate. Never met Mr. Tate but sure do like his dealership.
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
Bait and switch beware - cheated
Car did not contain essential feature advertised and on sticker. When problem pointed out, owner became irate, claimed he made disclosures and shouted xxxxxx remarks.
Bait and Switch - bam26
Do not take you vehicle to this dealership for any repairs!!! This place is probably the shadiest that I have ever had to deal with. My wife took her car into the dealership after having problems with the ignition, the tech said there was a recall on it and then scheduled an appointment for her to have it fixed. Now when my wife takes off from work to bring the car to the dealership, there is no longer a recall on the ignition. This is either trying to take advantage of a woman and a customer or complete incompetence. Either way this place is not worth the risk in using.
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident... - Clevertitan
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
Worst Experience I have ever had and still paying for it! - CJC123
By far the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. Staff were very rude, rushed through the car buying process, gave out incorrect information regarding Maryland DMV laws and regulations, significant miscommunications between salesman and financial director, titled vehicle in wrong state, and have not returned one single phone call or email regarding the situation after they have told me they were seeing "what they could do for me and would call me back." I have already emailed both the general manager and financial director and called on numerous occasions and the worst part about it is that I still have to continue working with these people to services my vehicle and use the warranty I purchased. Workers are incompetent and ill-mannered. One worker actually yelled at me over the phone and hung up. I recommend going anywhere else BUT HERE.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
