Great Experience - Mary Tharp
Buying a car at Adams Jeep was a fun experience. First they ask what you are looking for and then show you several options with no pressure to buy. Everything was thoroughly explained in a friendly atmosphere. My salesman, Jay Patterson, was like a next-door neighbor!! Thank you, Adams Jeep!
Thanks, Heritage, - David
I wanted to take a moment to thank Jeff Webber and everyone else at Heritage Parkville for their help in hooking me up with my new Jeep. When I spotted a vehicle on their web site that I was interested in, I sent in a request for more information. By the end of the afternoon, the Jeep was mine. Everyone worked to make it happen, from getting the vehicle ready for a test drive, working out a plan forward, to closing the deal and negotiating the paper work. Jeff was patient with my concerns. Buying a new car is not something I do every day, but Heritage made the process pretty easy. Thanks
New Jeep Purchase with Biz Shoai - Frank Anastasi
Biz was very calm and professional and he found just what I was looking for in a new Grand Cherokee. It also was very efficient - the least time ever to complete a trade in and new vehicle purchase.
Love my salesman! - maria
If your looking to get a great deal on exactly what you want with a no hassle salesman, call Charlie! I love doing business with him. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from him. I travel a lot and am not able to sit and chat in the sales room. He sends me all the information I need, always very timely, and always with a smile! I wouldn't buy a Jeep anywhere else :) The best part....he called me the next day to make sure I was really happy and had any questions.
Thank you Charlie and the rest of the amazing Fred Frederick team in Easton!!
Great Experience - DeidrePink514
I had a good experience with this dealership and would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from here. My sales person was Raymond Walford. He was very pleasant and down to earth and easy to work with. Mr. Walford definitely puts the customer wants and needs first and does his job well.
Very, very pleased with my purchase. - Boojack66

2016 Dodge Ram 1500 "Caitlin Torrisi" - Ram
I was looking for a new Dodge Ram 1500 and went to my local Dodge dealer and they would not work with me at all on a price. I looked online for dealers out of my area and Criswell seemed to have the best prices. I contacted Criswell and was put in touch with Caitlin Torrisi.
Caitlin discussed prices with me and said she would work with me to get a price that I liked. She was always very prompt in returning phone calls and emails.
On 9-25-16 I made the almost 2 hour drive to meet with Caitlin and look at the Ram truck. The truck was on the lot and ready to go. The purchasing process was seamless and was done in probably less than an hour. Caitlin did an excellent job in every part of the sales process. There is absolutely no way my local Dodge dealer would have worked with me the way Caitlin and Criswell did. I strongly recommend her for anyone looking for a new Dodge vehicle.
Bought used 2011 Mazda 6, excellent condition, awesome staff - Grelan
I had been looking for a late-model used car, and I found an excellent low-mileage Mazda 6 at Thompson. I met Obryant while looking over the car. He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly without being pushy. That seems to be the culture at Thompson, and he is an excellent example.
I bought the car on my return visit and made sure I dealt with Obryant again. Everyone was great, but I will note specifically that he has an excellent sales career ahead of him. I enjoyed meeting him and wish him nothing but the best. I will return to Thompson next time I'm in the market.
Cherekee jeep - ersivad
Mr. Green was very helpful with the information he gave which helped be to decide to trade in my BMW for a Jeep Cherekee. He was very polite and presented me with a vehicle that had the things I desired to be in my vehicle.
Great service and car! - ChargerLover
At Thompson in Dundalk, I had a great experience! The salesman and finance manager helped me get into a beautiful car at a great price! I will be doing my auto buying from there in the future, for sure, and already recommended it to friends!
AMAZING SALESMAN AMAZING DEALS! - Taylor4176
By far one of the hardest working dealerships I've ever encountered. The salesman Mr. Don Okay is the friendliest and nicest saleman I've ever met. They gave us more for our trades than we ever would have expected. They saw we wouldn't pay more than our max price and when it showed the vehicle would be a little over that they worked it so we got exactly the price we could afford. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, I 100% recomend this dealership and Mr. Okay. So SO happy!!
painless! - arwilson2
Jared put me in exactly what I wanted and at a good price. It was the most pleasant, easy car-buying experience I've had. Go to Jared!
Good care - Med
Explained well my benefits and put no pressure on me to buy. They found me a good interest rate and worked with me when I couldn't put down a large down payment.
Fantastic Salesperson - tmfo48
I met Ceidrick Marcelin by chance on a rainy Saturday in the dealership lot. Went back to the dealership about two weeks later to look at a couple of trucks that interested me. Located Ceidrick, told him what I was looking for, took a couple vehicles for a ride and agreed on one of them. Ceidrick made this purchase very easy, there was some negotiation and a couple small glitches, but Ceidrick went to work for us each time, and we came way with what we wanted. Ceidrick is to be commended on his care for his customers, making them feel that way. Many stars for this salesman.
He is a good reflection on the Dar Cars Dealership Rockville. Will reccommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a MOPAR product
Excellent customer service - SAMSDoll
5 star experience. The entire staff was polite, courteous, and professional. They got me a great deal on new Jeep and I couldn't be happier. From what I understand they are currently under new management, so if you haven't been there recently it's time to check it out! Our sales guy was the absolute best. I recommend asking for Sergy, he was knowledgeable, very willing to assist us w/ any concerns or questions, and made us feel very at home. The finance guy was also extremely helpful. Mr. Marin worked with us to get our financing just right on a very tight budget. He was experienced and also made us feel very comfortable while we were there. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend to our friends.
Faboulous Experience ! Great Customer Servie! - casteels4wv
First and Foremost there are always 2 sides to a story! With that being said..Darcars (Carrollton MD) is one of the Best out there if not the Best. I had been having issues either getting financed or the payment being over the top. I found the car I wanted called and spoke with Mrs.Pat King, and the rest is history. I left the dealership with my souped up Chrysler and an affordable payment. I am sure all of the sales associate's are fabulous, although personally Mrs. Pat King is the one whom you want to deal with. She says what she means and means what she says. If she says she is getting you in the car you want with your payments reasonable she will and she can !! I will recommend DARCARS to everyone. !! Thanks so much to EVERYONE @ Darcars for making my car shopping pleasureable !!! #darcarsrock
Great experience - Chris15
The customer service was wonderful. Andrea Figliozzi was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She has a lot of knowledge and is very dedicated.
Painless used car buying experience - Rosesonata
Mr Barrett and the staff were friendly and worked hard to accommodate us. They made sure that in spite of our special situation, all family members had ample opportunity to test the van. The van was presented to us in pristine condition. The paperwork went very smoothly, including accommodating the absence of the customer.
They also took time to make sure we were comfortable with the many features.
horrible serviCe department. - disapointed mopar fan
service department is horrible. We bought brand new journey got check engine light same week. Took it in 4 times before they finally test drove it and figured out it needed an ecm flash update. Just took it in for a recall was told one day took 4. As soon as we left the lot engine light. They blame o2 sensor. Still never once test drove it. Bunch of lazy xxxxx. Avoid this dealer at all cost!
Jeep Service - JeepGuy51
James Johnson is an excellent Service Advisor. He has worked with me over the last several years. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. He keeps my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in top condition.
Inexpierienced - Brandan Akins
I took a truck in for a 2" front, 1" rear leveling kit install, and a 4 wheel alignment. After a full day with my truck, I was informed that they needed it overnight, and was I aware that my truck would be lifted 4".?????? Lol,lol. Seriously. If your not familiar with very common spacer kits, than maybe you shouldn't schedule them. Thanks for wasting a full day of my time.
Over The Top Customer Service!!! - twarren953
excellent experience purchasing this vehicle. I'm a repeat customer of Hertrick's and have had positive experience so far. Thank you and forward to driving my new Dodge.
Great Buying Experience! - buttaflyjules8575

Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
Worst Experience Ever - no deal
used manager ignored kbb dealer value & edmunds TMV info when offered over these values for 07 vehicle and gave up an $11K deal over $800 based on repairs made to be able to sell the vehicle which the bottom line is I would have been paying for the repairs that were mostly done in order for the vehicle to pass inspection- didn't even look at my information ... the vehicle details used to obtain the values were based on the vehicle being in very good condition which would not have been the case without the repairs ...also had a new or inexperienced sales lady... very disappointing and it was a cash deal!
Bait and switch beware - cheated
Car did not contain essential feature advertised and on sticker. When problem pointed out, owner became irate, claimed he made disclosures and shouted xxxxxx remarks.
Worst customer service ever. Wish I could give ZERO stars - JKU2014
Took my Jeep in while still under warranty about a rattle I heard that stopped when I pushed clutch in. Was told it was nothing. Still heard rattle. Kept bringing it in, and each time it was serviced was told nothing wrong was found. A guy detailing my Jeep heard the rattle and immediately knew it was a bad throw out bearing. Took Jeep in to Jones and asked them too check. Yep! Then I was quoted $900 to repair. Either service intentionally misled me so the repair would go past the warranty or they clearly have inept mechanics. Asked them to honor the warranty from the first time it was noted was in the vehicle records. They refused. Called customer service. They negotiated with Jones, but it never should have come to that. Stand behind your product and your service if you truly believe in it.
Great Service! - Millree
My wife and I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 a couple weeks ago. Our salesperson, Frank Thompson, was courteous and very helpful and accommodating. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process very smooth and efficient. We were happy with the service and driove away with a great vehicle at a good price. This is the way car purchases should go. Millree
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident... - Clevertitan
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
