Quick, convenient, and trouble free. - anoshkal
I was in need of a car and this dealership was closest to me. I bought a jeep renegade that I love in less than 2 weeks. They were polite, thoughtful, and gave honest descriptions and recommendations of cars. Mr. Matt Paoletti, Mr. Huth, and Mr. Louck were very good and helped us get the car I wanted.
Outstanding experience - Thank you - At 72 buyer purchases 11th jeep from new dealer
My salesman Ralph Bowen was outstanding, his training from my old dealer the former Courtesy Jeep in Rockville was not been forgotten. The rest of the staff was very professional and easy to work with. It was a pleasure still find a dealership who still CARES about the CUSTOMER.
Love my salesman! - maria
If your looking to get a great deal on exactly what you want with a no hassle salesman, call Charlie! I love doing business with him. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from him. I travel a lot and am not able to sit and chat in the sales room. He sends me all the information I need, always very timely, and always with a smile! I wouldn't buy a Jeep anywhere else :) The best part....he called me the next day to make sure I was really happy and had any questions.
Thank you Charlie and the rest of the amazing Fred Frederick team in Easton!!
Awesome Experience - Cteacher
I found my dream car and Brian Perry at Heritage Jeep in Parkville mad the experience fun and painless. It was great because when we found the car there was something that was not exactly what I wanted but they bent over backwards to make it work for me. I was in and out. I will be a loyalty buyer here for a long time. Thanks for the incredible service, Mr. Perry!
I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. - michelle1975
I was very impressed with the knowledge from my sales representative Gary on the 2016 Jeep line. He took time and explained all the options to me on each vehicle I test drove. Gary listened to my needs, was patient and helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family.
Excellen Woman of Sales Mrs Khan is her name. - bemackall
Mrs Sarah Khan was more than a businesswoman, she listened and understood the whole picture of what i could and couldnot afford. She made my Husband and I feel very welcome. This being my Husband's very first time buying a car from a dealership he was so excited and we both felt very Blessed. Mrs Khan never pushed us nor tried to sell us anything she knew our money could not buy, even when I felt overwhelmed she reassured me ( if you believe in God he will make this happen for you) "No Worries!! she said, we are all here to help everyone that walks through those doors, We Hassle No One" was her Motto and her motto she stood by. She was very caring and didn't hasitate to go far and beyond her business attire and letting us know we care about you. She often spoke about the Owner of the Dealership surprising her with a visit, and she didn't know at that time it was him. ( I would never want to mislead or lie to anyone was part of her conversation to him ) Just BE HONEST she said he told her. And they are words she live by. Honesty will get you places and so will a car from Fitzgerald. Thank you Sarah Khan!! My experience was very Memorable and from my Hysband and I we give you a 20 for outstanding.
Caitlin Torrisi - Black Durango
Caitlin is excellent! Smart, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was able to narrow down options and find the SUV I needed really fast. And she beat the competition on price at every turn. I highly recommend her.
Cherekee jeep - ersivad
Mr. Green was very helpful with the information he gave which helped be to decide to trade in my BMW for a Jeep Cherekee. He was very polite and presented me with a vehicle that had the things I desired to be in my vehicle.
Bought used 2011 Mazda 6, excellent condition, awesome staff - Grelan
I had been looking for a late-model used car, and I found an excellent low-mileage Mazda 6 at Thompson. I met Obryant while looking over the car. He was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly without being pushy. That seems to be the culture at Thompson, and he is an excellent example.
I bought the car on my return visit and made sure I dealt with Obryant again. Everyone was great, but I will note specifically that he has an excellent sales career ahead of him. I enjoyed meeting him and wish him nothing but the best. I will return to Thompson next time I'm in the market.
AMAZING SALESMAN AMAZING DEALS! - Taylor4176
By far one of the hardest working dealerships I've ever encountered. The salesman Mr. Don Okay is the friendliest and nicest saleman I've ever met. They gave us more for our trades than we ever would have expected. They saw we wouldn't pay more than our max price and when it showed the vehicle would be a little over that they worked it so we got exactly the price we could afford. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, I 100% recomend this dealership and Mr. Okay. So SO happy!!
painless! - arwilson2
Jared put me in exactly what I wanted and at a good price. It was the most pleasant, easy car-buying experience I've had. Go to Jared!
Great service and car! - ChargerLover
At Thompson in Dundalk, I had a great experience! The salesman and finance manager helped me get into a beautiful car at a great price! I will be doing my auto buying from there in the future, for sure, and already recommended it to friends!
Good care - Med
Explained well my benefits and put no pressure on me to buy. They found me a good interest rate and worked with me when I couldn't put down a large down payment.
Purchase Jeep Patriot Purchase - AAB
I recently bought a car. We have dealt with Ahsan Javeid. He is very patient and answered all our questions. Ahsan is knowledgeable, responsive, and focused, which was reassuring. Ahsan took his time to show us some cars and was a huge help! He did a great job in securing the specific vehicle we requested. A note to Ahsan provided us with outstanding customer service!!!! Very professional. We highly recommend Ahsan!!!!
Excellent customer service - SAMSDoll
5 star experience. The entire staff was polite, courteous, and professional. They got me a great deal on new Jeep and I couldn't be happier. From what I understand they are currently under new management, so if you haven't been there recently it's time to check it out! Our sales guy was the absolute best. I recommend asking for Sergy, he was knowledgeable, very willing to assist us w/ any concerns or questions, and made us feel very at home. The finance guy was also extremely helpful. Mr. Marin worked with us to get our financing just right on a very tight budget. He was experienced and also made us feel very comfortable while we were there. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend to our friends.
Friendly, professional and organized. - elaineg729
We did experience a first time good impression of a friendly staff and environment with a knowledgeable, Salesman, a professional approach of our consideration of a deal that we could not refuse at the time with the Sales Manager and an organized arrangement with the Business Manager for the completion of customer offers and his relentless effort to get us an interest rate that we are with.
Great experience - Chris15
The customer service was wonderful. Andrea Figliozzi was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She has a lot of knowledge and is very dedicated.
Painless used car buying experience - Rosesonata
Mr Barrett and the staff were friendly and worked hard to accommodate us. They made sure that in spite of our special situation, all family members had ample opportunity to test the van. The van was presented to us in pristine condition. The paperwork went very smoothly, including accommodating the absence of the customer.
They also took time to make sure we were comfortable with the many features.
horrible serviCe department. - disapointed mopar fan
service department is horrible. We bought brand new journey got check engine light same week. Took it in 4 times before they finally test drove it and figured out it needed an ecm flash update. Just took it in for a recall was told one day took 4. As soon as we left the lot engine light. They blame o2 sensor. Still never once test drove it. Bunch of lazy xxxxx. Avoid this dealer at all cost!
Service on my 205 Chrysler - eddie123
My lights kept going on and off for several days, I have gone to other Chrysler dealers locally and they cheat and lie to me. I decided to give Keene a chance and see what they could do for me. They solved my problem in several hours and loaned me a car .I had no appointment but they serviced my needs anyway. I will return for any problems that I might have. Very nice to deal with.
James Johnson Service Support - Lindsay
James is patient and clear in explaining exactly what work needs to be performed and why. I do not hesitate to visit Don White's for service because of James. I trust him and do not feel like I'm being taken advantage of (as I've felt with other dealerships in the past). I truly feel respected and valued as a customer thanks to James.
Great interaction - twarren953
The dealership had the vehicle I was looking for with all the requested options. Jim (the salesman) had all the answers to my questions and was very helpful throughout the process. The price was hard to beat and they worked with me to get me to the price range I was looking for.
Great personable used car staff! - sharon707
Purchased a 20ll Dodge Nitro heat from Tate, it was the 7th time I have bought a vehicle from Tate. My sales person was Angie Frisnedi she was great. She was very thorough, kind and patient in helping me and my wife to decide the vehicle that was best for me and my wife. The manager Ken Mason along with the finance specialist Judy Longobardo were just great and as usual they guided me through the financial solutions to cunsumate the deal. A special shout out to Judy who has been involved in all 7 vehicle purchases! The staff is excellent in working with you and sealing the deal.
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
I was concerned about buying a used car but Mr DeBord... - adglazar
I was concerned about buying a used car but Mr DeBord made the experience go smooth. He took the time to adress my concerns and the service the dealership offers in addition to the Jones guarantee made me comfortable with the purchase.
Bait and switch beware - cheated
Car did not contain essential feature advertised and on sticker. When problem pointed out, owner became irate, claimed he made disclosures and shouted xxxxxx remarks.
One of the worst trips to a car dealership. - kala2001
Bought off the used car lot. Bought the car on a Monday and Wednesday check engine light comes on. The loaner car they provide was another used car for sale. Had only enough fuel to get me 2 miles down the road to fuel up. Was never reimbursed for the fuel cost. Don't know why the loaner didn't have at least a half a tank. Once my car was fixed went to go pick it up and they gave me back my key and I turned in the loaner key. After that I requested to speak with the manager. He come out ready to give me the key for the loaner thinking it was mine. Clueless...... Won't be referring anyone to buy at that dealership.

I purchased a new 2016 jeep compass on September 3rd and it has been in the service department more than I have had it I'm not at all happy with this dealer ship and will never purchase another vehicle from them
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident... - Clevertitan
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
