Great experience!!!! - Jeep John 2017
Explained the differences of the make of automobile we were looking at. The sales person did not push us into buying anything. When we purchase another automobile, we want the same sales person.
service department - andrea d
Jackie Pressman and Jesse Catron are the best!!!! Jackie has gone above an beyond for me and I appreciate it so much! I had just been in for service and a week and a half later while taking my daughter to work at 6:30 am, my car overheated, etc. I called Jackie early that morning, and right away Jackie wanted to know where I was, etc, and I told her I had to go home, get dressed, and take the dog home. She told me to come in right away, she would have a loaner car ready and get me on my way..and she did! Both Jackie and Jesse are super super nice, and to me go above and beyond (even though Jesse would not let me have the Corvette on the lot as a loaner, LOL!), have made these unexpected car repairs/expenses not as bad by getting me in a loaner, so that I could take care of everything I had to over the last few days! I will always come to Ourisman for service....you both are the best!!!!!!
Daytona Charger - KingJamesV901
Went in not expecting to drive off the lot with anything due to showing up on short notice and no previous financing. Was able to get my car traded in, financed and off the lot and my beautiful Daytona Charger. And they worked with me the entire step of the way. At no point did I feel like they just wanted to make a sale.

The service department was also very courteous and took care of all my needs. If you want to get a new Challenger this is the place to go.

Sexist, condescending men with poor customer service skills - LadyD
I called the Jeep dealership 4/15/2017 and spoke to Jason Price. As I explained my interest in a particular vehicle and proceeded to ask him about the qualifications for the incentives and other questions about the vehicle, Jason was curt with his responses and seemed irritated with me. I asked if I had called at a bad time and whether I should try back at another time. Nevertheless, I told Jason I would visit the dealership the following day, which I did.
Upon arriving, I introduced myself to Sebastian Hardemen, one of the sales associates on the sales floor, and viewed the vehicle I was interested in and sat down to discuss pricing. With pre-approval from my credit union for a low interest rate, I had already informed Sebastian and Buddy (sales mgr) that I planned to use my own financing, so Buddy’s inquiry into my monthly budget should not have been a factor in determining if a deal could be made. Buddy belittled and patronized me on what a monthly budget was according to him. He literally took a piece of paper and began explaining to me monthly expenses for rent, electric etc., as a demonstration of not only what a monthly budget was, but how I should be calculating MY monthly budget for a vehicle. Meanwhile, consistently telling me that I was an intelligent woman.
I am thoroughly insulted by his insinuations and lack of respect for me. Sebastian and Buddy almost refused to give me the dollar amount that this Jeep dealership appraised my current vehicle for as a trade-in, noting that they would roll that number (negative equity) into the total amount of the car. I insisted that I wanted to know the appraisal value by itself without any additional calculations. Finally, before I was getting ready to walk out I was given the appraisal value.
The tactics used by these sales associates were dishonest and demoralizing. As a consumer, I should be given the necessary information I’m seeking in order to make the best decision for me and my budget and not be belittled or invalidated. I left the dealership enraged by the treatment and service I received all around. I do not believe that these men would have spoken to another man in the manner in which they did to me. I highly suggest that this dealership secure bias, diversity training and customer service skills for their staff.
Liars - Kevmik16
Finance Department lied to me about how the vehicle would be titled and changes the story two weeks after the deal is done. The car was supposed to be titled in both my and my co-signers name and we get a phone call two weeks later saying that has changed. This is something that should have been done at the time of the deal not two weeks later putting our whole situation into a chatotic situation. When the story changes weeks later that is extremely unprofessional and I will never purchase a vehicle from Jones again nor recommend anyone else purchase a car from Jones.
Excellent Service and Service Writter - jacknisley
I called my service writter Chelsea Jefferson at Len Stoler about scheduling an oil change along with changing spark plugs, etc., possibly the next day? She said no problem for the next morning. Upon my arrival Chelsea was reviewing my trucks history and noted at 105,000 the coolant had not been replaced and should be. I agreed it should be done also. I had dropped off my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 at 8 AM and it was completed while I waited in only a few hours. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the service my vehicle needs. They have worked on my truck in the past and wouldn't think of going any where else. Nice job!
Best Dealership Experience Ever - Champions1
I've bought over 15 cars in my life time, this by far was the best experience i have ever had with any dealership. Everyone from Rodney Mattison (Internet Sales Rep) to John Barbo (Sales Rep) were immaculate and professional and made my wife and i feel like family. Anytime the owner walks over to introduce himself, that speaks volumes about the company. I have yet to encounter another dealership that seems to put customers above making a dollar.
never buy a car or truck from this dealer ship!!!!!!!! - badtruck10
This is one of the worst dealer ships I have ever dealt with!!! I will never buy or send a friend to buy a car or truck from this horrible place. I will never give them a rating above 0. This is one reason why they only have a 3.5% rating!!!!! NEVER AGAIN I will be contacting Chrysler!!!
Great Overall Experience! - LISA FOLEY
Worked directly with the owner, he was super friendly, very professional, overall a great experience to car shopping! Dealership was spotless and we were not bombarded with over anxious sales people! will def tell friends and family to go there first!
Fred, Paul, and Dave. You can't lose with these 3 - MPKilcoyne
Just when I thought I had the best deal, advice, from Dave, my salesman, then Paul jumped in with advice on financing, warranty, and even Gap insurance. Now, you'd think it couldn't get any better? That's where Fred, the Manager, jumped in. I had a small electrical issue, he had it fixed immediately, if not sooner. I would recommend these guys to my mother. Used car prices are down right now. Give them a chance to make you as happy as they did for me.
poor customer service - Anthony Scelsi
no respect given at the service department. its their way or the highway. not too friendly when it comes to warranty work. just needed a zipper repaired on a jeep soft top?
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
They talk to you like you're stupid - gmcast24
"You're getting a deal" and "I'm losing out on this" is all I kept hearing. Please...I do my homework and know what the value of the vehicles and their parts cost. There was no deal whatsoever. And, every time I mentioned I had an issue with something, the salesman kept saying it's not a problem, trying to talk me out of having it fixed. They are all snakes. I knew not to purchase from them because of the previous Barrett dealership; but only they had the color I wanted. This Holly Kia-owned dealership has just the same horrendous staff as Barrett. They talk down to you like you have no idea about the games they play. Oh...and my salesman told me a lot of things, that when it came time to sign a contract, I ended up owing even MORE because he blatantly lied to me several times. They call it a misunderstanding. I call it what it is: shady business.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
