Made the process super easy!!! - Callie88
Keith Cook did an amazing job with the buying process. I told him what I wanted and what monthly price range I wanted to be in. He nailed it! As soon as I got there he had already picked a Jeep Patriot out that had everything I wanted. I decided I wanted to go for it and they had me signing papers within 35 mins. Amazing. Thanks Keith and Wayne. You made the process easy and comforting. We love our new jeep!
Really Listened - karlinda
Greg really did listen to what we were looking for in a new Jeep Cherokee and the price range we wanted to be in. He out did himself finding the perfect match and he and the "Guys" in the back worked their magic to make the numbers worked. Everyone was very informative and made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. We are very pleased overall and love our new Jeep.

The best buying experience I have had in over fourty years - reb
I was treated extremely well by all the staff I interfaced with at the dealership. All were very professional and more than accommodating during the purchase of my new RAM 1500. I couldn't be happier, no hidden charges or rediculous qualifiers for rebates! The advertised sale price was the price which included destination charges and it beat all competitors I visited by a long shot .
Hassle Free Experience - MariaHercules
IJ was amazing at explaining every bit of information each step of the way. He was patient and answered all of my questions and doubts ensuring that I adequately understood each and every document signed. IJ went out of his way and contacted my previous dealership to obtain title information for my vehicle trade in, taking care of that all on his own! As if that weren't enough, he also helped me communicate with the insurance companies in order to update insurance policies to my new vehicle. He ensured that I left the dealer prepared and squared away. I highly recommend this dealership. They are truly professionals in what they do.

Finally Excellent Service! - 2012Shadow
After a bad experience with previous service manager(Dave) the new service manager Dan Patzwall is very friendly and caring. I brought my new 2016 Jeep Rubicon Hardrock to set up an appointment to have a recall performed. Met with Amanda Ordos-service advisor. Very sincere person and scheduled my service the next day. When I brought my vehicle in I was greeted with a welcome and smile. This really shows individuals like Amanda and Dan Patzwell really care about their customers. My vehicle was completed early by Mike Kalendek. Vehicle was very clean and Amanda-service advisor once again Thanked me! John

Heritage Dodge, Fiat and Mazda - amsmitty91
Came in to purchase a charger and Michael Phelps and Errol Davis couldn't have been more helpful. Got me what I wanted and I drove off the lot with my new car. The finance Manager at Mazda Tony was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured to buy any warranties. Would highly recommend this dealership.
"Classy Dealership for Classy People" - Myguardianangel1945
Darcars Dealership in Silver Spring is one of the tops. Yusuf Assani treated me like royalty. His professionalism, and knowledge of a car salesman are phenomenal. The Sales Manager, Carlos Garcia was professional, kind hearted, and is very eager to please the customers. I would patronize the dealership again, as well as recommend. The atmosphere is commendable, and finally, the cleanliness, and appearance of the dealership is very classy.

Liars - Kevmik16
Finance Department lied to me about how the vehicle would be titled and changes the story two weeks after the deal is done. The car was supposed to be titled in both my and my co-signers name and we get a phone call two weeks later saying that has changed. This is something that should have been done at the time of the deal not two weeks later putting our whole situation into a chatotic situation. When the story changes weeks later that is extremely unprofessional and I will never purchase a vehicle from Jones again nor recommend anyone else purchase a car from Jones.
Sexist, condescending men with poor customer service skills - LadyD
I called the Jeep dealership 4/15/2017 and spoke to Jason Price. As I explained my interest in a particular vehicle and proceeded to ask him about the qualifications for the incentives and other questions about the vehicle, Jason was curt with his responses and seemed irritated with me. I asked if I had called at a bad time and whether I should try back at another time. Nevertheless, I told Jason I would visit the dealership the following day, which I did.
Upon arriving, I introduced myself to Sebastian Hardemen, one of the sales associates on the sales floor, and viewed the vehicle I was interested in and sat down to discuss pricing. With pre-approval from my credit union for a low interest rate, I had already informed Sebastian and Buddy (sales mgr) that I planned to use my own financing, so Buddy’s inquiry into my monthly budget should not have been a factor in determining if a deal could be made. Buddy belittled and patronized me on what a monthly budget was according to him. He literally took a piece of paper and began explaining to me monthly expenses for rent, electric etc., as a demonstration of not only what a monthly budget was, but how I should be calculating MY monthly budget for a vehicle. Meanwhile, consistently telling me that I was an intelligent woman.
I am thoroughly insulted by his insinuations and lack of respect for me. Sebastian and Buddy almost refused to give me the dollar amount that this Jeep dealership appraised my current vehicle for as a trade-in, noting that they would roll that number (negative equity) into the total amount of the car. I insisted that I wanted to know the appraisal value by itself without any additional calculations. Finally, before I was getting ready to walk out I was given the appraisal value.
The tactics used by these sales associates were dishonest and demoralizing. As a consumer, I should be given the necessary information I’m seeking in order to make the best decision for me and my budget and not be belittled or invalidated. I left the dealership enraged by the treatment and service I received all around. I do not believe that these men would have spoken to another man in the manner in which they did to me. I highly suggest that this dealership secure bias, diversity training and customer service skills for their staff.
Excellent Service and Service Writter - jacknisley
I called my service writter Chelsea Jefferson at Len Stoler about scheduling an oil change along with changing spark plugs, etc., possibly the next day? She said no problem for the next morning. Upon my arrival Chelsea was reviewing my trucks history and noted at 105,000 the coolant had not been replaced and should be. I agreed it should be done also. I had dropped off my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 at 8 AM and it was completed while I waited in only a few hours. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about the service my vehicle needs. They have worked on my truck in the past and wouldn't think of going any where else. Nice job!

The. Worst. Experience. Ever. - cinderella
The. Worst. Experience. Ever.
And the General Sales Manager – Drew Litherland is the reason.
We went to Adams of Annapolis today, to check out and possibly buy a car. The sales representative was nice and helpful, and we eventually settled on a car we were considering to purchase. Although we had a certain price in mind (who doesn’t), we were open for what they could offer. After the application was filled out and processed, the General Sales Manager – Drew Litherland – came out to talk to us about the price. He threw some numbers on the paper, it was some comparison of the online prices with what they had in stock, saying that they were willing to match it (though we are still not even sure where those numbers came from). As soon as we said that the price was still a little higher than what we were hoping for, he rudely told us that we were wasting his time, started walking away, and told us to call him back when we were ready to buy.
We were very sorry we wasted your time, Drew, but last time we checked, talking to the customers was your job. We were willing to buy the car today. We could even go with your price, because yes, after all, it wasn’t particularly bad. All you had to do is be nice and explain that you could not go lower. Like any normal sales representative would.
You could have made a sale. Too bad your time is too valuable to do so
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
Nice Sales Staff, Terrible Support - Beth Wisch
We recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from here and our salesman was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the transaction became much less pleasant when it came time to negotiate a price and do the actual paperwork to purchase the vehicle. The Sales Manager was very rude to my husband and I, consistently acting like talking to us was an inconvenience. Once we finally got the deal worked out and purchased the Jeep, our bank informed us that the title paperwork had been submitted incorrectly by the staff at Tate. I had to drive out to the dealership twice to get the paperwork returned to them, and more than four weeks have passed and Tate STILL has not corrected their error. Not worth doing business with, ever!
poor customer service - Anthony Scelsi
no respect given at the service department. its their way or the highway. not too friendly when it comes to warranty work. just needed a zipper repaired on a jeep soft top?
Buy elsewhere, ANYWHERE, you will be glad you did. - RippedOffInMD
Traded a perfectly fine 2011 Jeep for a 2017 Jeep. Made deal where a comparable lift would be installed in the new vehicle, but were given a cheep body lift instead. Tire preasure monitoring system does not work in vehicle. When the vehicle developed problems they promised to come get it and fix it but never showed. Other dealerships refused to get involved in the mess created by Berlin Jeep. Several phones calls to the dealership were not returned. Filed Complaints with Jeep corporation but so far have not received any satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
