Customized Jeep Purchase - Brian kopp
The Jeep was completely transformed into exactly what I wanted, couldn't ask for better service! I would recommend this dealership to all of you Jeep Lovers out there.
Amazing Customer Service - sstanley
I went into the dealership yesterday evening with a somewhat complicated case and the people I dealt with were amazing. They answered all of my questions clearly and quickly and went above and beyond the call of duty to get me my car by the end of the night. I was a tough customer and they were able to meet my needs and helped immensely with financing. Both Jason and Dana were amazing. Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful.
A " No Sales Pressure " Salesman! - Del
I just one day decided I wanted a Jeep. I was searching on the internet for one and inquired at Fred Frederick of Easton. I live in Howard County. I received a call later that day From Charlie Wallace. I made an appointment and went to see the Jeeps I found on the internet. He is a "No Pressure" kind of Salesman. (I'm not real fond of "pushy tell me anything to get me to buy" kind of salesmen) I test drove two and I picked the one I liked most. I was treated with respect and not like a woman who knows nothing about anything with a motor. I grew up a mechanics daughter, I'm a car girl. Charles gave me a good deal, told me to call if I needed anything and when I was just there for the servicing of my Jeep, He remembered me... he makes you feel like you matter. I want to say "Thanks" to Charlie and all of the nice folks he works with.
Recently purchased Jeep Wrangler 2016 Sahara - jlg
I recently purchased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler, I had looked around at a lot of other dealerships and online and was only able to find one Jeep that had all of the features that wanted, Aaron was a big help in being able to get the Jeep that I wanted in the next day. I enjoyed my experience at the dealership and would recommend it to anyone!
Excellent! - Paige C.
Eddie Johnson was so helpful in finding me the perfect car! I cannot thank him enough for his excellent service! Ron Ward also helped make my car buying experience stress free! Thank you!
Very Professional - MT
I've had the pleasure of driving to over 260,000 miles attained on my 300 and much of this record is owed to the professional service at Antwerpen. Having my car serviced here has always been a wonderful experience. The prompt service and care my service technician provided was unparalleled to places I've taken my vehicles in the past. Although "Jack says Yes", I credit a significant amount of gratitude to Mr. DiNovo. If you ever want your car handled by an absolute gem, ask for Steve DiNovo.
Fantastic Car and Great Service! - spaustin
From the moment I saw the 2012 Fiat 500 Sport on the website, I knew it was going to be mine. I was in contact with Peter every day from the moment I sent in my note of interest, and he made sure that I was completely taken care of - financing in place before I got there, and car cleaned, repaired, and inspected.
When I got to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised by a few "extras" that hadn't been listed on the site - a sunroof, leather interior, new tires, and a guarantee that the open recall would be dealt with, free of charge to me. While Peter was not immediately available to show me the vehicle, another salesman showed me to the car and gave me the keys. Peter took it out for a test drive with me, and was a good sport about my driving (I hadn't driven a manual transmission in over a year, and was a little rusty).
Overall, it was a seamless car-buying experience. I never felt like I was being taken-advantage of or as if I was being pressured into a car I didn't want or couldn't afford, and I definitely felt like I got a fair deal.
Great experience - Darkknight18
This dealer was great; they made sure every concern I had was addressed and the process of buying a car went smoothly. The customer service was excellent, I'd definitely recommend you stop by and see what they can do for you.
New Challenger - Eric Zwiebelman
This was a very painless process- they listened to what I had researched prior to my trip and we solely dealt with getting that vehicle- no shenanigans like you may get at other dealers in the area (starts with J and rhymes with Bones). The financing was quick and very much in the realm of what I told them I was looking at doing. The car also had a small issue (not of their doing) and they took care of it before I left. It was nice dealing with people who wanted to get you what you wanted and not push their own agenda. The price of the vehicle was also less than comparable models at other dealers.
AMAZING SALESMAN AMAZING DEALS! - Taylor4176
By far one of the hardest working dealerships I've ever encountered. The salesman Mr. Don Okay is the friendliest and nicest saleman I've ever met. They gave us more for our trades than we ever would have expected. They saw we wouldn't pay more than our max price and when it showed the vehicle would be a little over that they worked it so we got exactly the price we could afford. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, I 100% recomend this dealership and Mr. Okay. So SO happy!!
Great Customer Service - CT
Well, had a minor problem, warning center on my Grand Cherokee flashed up rear right light/indicator was out,so pulled in to the Dealership who took care of me in minutes, the Service Rep took the rear assembly out while I waited, gave me the bulb,I went over to 'Parts' who were equally as helpful and friendly, cost me less than $6 but treated me like I spent $600,great customer service and I was back on the road in 15 minutes, how cool is that.
I Beleive in rating ANY place I go to keep other customers in formed. This was great service again! Each time I go or my wife goes, what for many,is a traumatic experience(no one likes to be without their car) was yet another great experience.
Please note though, other than Mike,Scott and Brent, the other reps DO studiously ignore you.A "hi" wouldn't hurt but I guess some are just having a bad day.Anyhoo, they were great with me and I appreciate it.
Great service and car! - ChargerLover
At Thompson in Dundalk, I had a great experience! The salesman and finance manager helped me get into a beautiful car at a great price! I will be doing my auto buying from there in the future, for sure, and already recommended it to friends!
Good care - Med
Explained well my benefits and put no pressure on me to buy. They found me a good interest rate and worked with me when I couldn't put down a large down payment.
Good Service - Oladapo Ogunlade
Excellent financing assistance from IJ Gemli. and personal touch after care. He worked all the kinks out and remained steadfast in not only ensuring that the deal went through but also making it as comfortable as possible for me and my family. Much appreciated
Stripes - Frettie
Sam Dayya did his job and sold me a car and he did it well. Another dealership had the exact car I wanted down year, make, model, engine, equipment, and color, but it goes entirely to Sam's credit that I ended up buying another new car that matched only half the criteria and probably paid more than I intended (mainly due to buying a 2016 vs. 2015). Henry Marin in finance is the epitome of cool - not to be frazzled, confused, rushed, or irritated in any way. Ramin Robinson always looks though he came straight off the cover of GQ magazine but is personable, responsive, and - due to the bullpen-type desk arrangement for the management team - very accessible (not sure if he set it up that way). This dealership SELLS CARS. The prep-shop was busy to the point of being backed up so they missed a few things - the rear window still showed evidence of the process of being installed, the tires were pumped up to 50 psi (which they appear to do at the factory though the sticker says 32), and I received supplementary manuals for optional equipment that I didn't get. I also got stripes, which I didn't want and didn't have to pay for, but they came off really easily (they're electrical tape is what they are) and I returned them to Ramin to be reused. Why isn't Sam listed below?
Great experience - Chris15
The customer service was wonderful. Andrea Figliozzi was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She has a lot of knowledge and is very dedicated.
Painless used car buying experience - Rosesonata
Mr Barrett and the staff were friendly and worked hard to accommodate us. They made sure that in spite of our special situation, all family members had ample opportunity to test the van. The van was presented to us in pristine condition. The paperwork went very smoothly, including accommodating the absence of the customer.
They also took time to make sure we were comfortable with the many features.
Wonderful Customer Service - Dodge Owner 2016
Our experience with Century Dodge was wonderful. Every person we came in contact with was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about their products. We came in just hoping to look around and get an idea of what we wanted, and ended up buying a great truck because of their amazing customer service and the dealerships' personable feel. If you want an easy, quick, and seamless car-buying experience, this is the place to go!
Service on my 205 Chrysler - eddie123
My lights kept going on and off for several days, I have gone to other Chrysler dealers locally and they cheat and lie to me. I decided to give Keene a chance and see what they could do for me. They solved my problem in several hours and loaned me a car .I had no appointment but they serviced my needs anyway. I will return for any problems that I might have. Very nice to deal with.
Service Dept. is great - proharp18
I have been going to Don White Timonium for service on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan for some time now. My service tech agent is James Johnson. I have known him for some twelve years or more now and feel confident that he has my best interests at heart when he recommends service. I bypass any number of mechanics and garages to get to Don White's, but happily do so knowing that James will not steer me wrong. It is wonderful to be able to trust someone to fix your car right the first time!
THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST - MB529
They helped me and saved me money, and they were friendly and great and I love them. Thanks to the best dealer in the whole world.
Worst Experience Ever - no deal
used manager ignored kbb dealer value & edmunds TMV info when offered over these values for 07 vehicle and gave up an $11K deal over $800 based on repairs made to be able to sell the vehicle which the bottom line is I would have been paying for the repairs that were mostly done in order for the vehicle to pass inspection- didn't even look at my information ... the vehicle details used to obtain the values were based on the vehicle being in very good condition which would not have been the case without the repairs ...also had a new or inexperienced sales lady... very disappointing and it was a cash deal!
Great personable used car staff! - sharon707
Purchased a 20ll Dodge Nitro heat from Tate, it was the 7th time I have bought a vehicle from Tate. My sales person was Angie Frisnedi she was great. She was very thorough, kind and patient in helping me and my wife to decide the vehicle that was best for me and my wife. The manager Ken Mason along with the finance specialist Judy Longobardo were just great and as usual they guided me through the financial solutions to cunsumate the deal. A special shout out to Judy who has been involved in all 7 vehicle purchases! The staff is excellent in working with you and sealing the deal.
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
A Great Dealership - Dawn
My husband & I have bought several (at least 15) cars from Craig Frederick. We strayed away last year because I wanted a Mercedes. It was a terrible decision, but so thankful to Craig... He was able to help us get out of it! Not only is he knowledge about every car on the lot, he is very patient ( a must with me) I have never had anything but positive experiences with him & I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Thanks Craig & your team at Fred Frederick!!
I was concerned about buying a used car but Mr DeBord... - adglazar
I was concerned about buying a used car but Mr DeBord made the experience go smooth. He took the time to adress my concerns and the service the dealership offers in addition to the Jones guarantee made me comfortable with the purchase.
rude and poor service after the purchase - Jeep
We went to this place and got our new car. They were very friendly until you drove your new car away. They only gave me one key fob at the delivery and told me that they would find the 2nd set. However, they started to ignore my phone call and email. And when I use a different phone to call, the sale representative finally picked up the phone, but he hang up on me after he realized that I called. Do not ever go to this place to buy a car!!!!
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident... - Clevertitan
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
