Excellent service - Kimberly
Excellent customer service. I had spoke with Keith over the phone and contacted him via email. Contacted him 35 minutes prior to arriving at the dealership and the vehicle I was interested in was sitting at the front door.
Finally someone who listens to what you want - CressFamily
We have been to several dealerships that just could not hear what we were looking for, offering what they had on hand or their specials first. Jeremy listened and then went after what we wanted and found it, no switches or product shuffles. He was a pleasure to work with. Ask for him. Thanks a lot.
No pressure, knowledgeable and courteous - jeepfan
Charlie Wallace has sold me 2 Jeep Cherokees in 8 years. Both times I knew what I wanted. Charlie helped me and I walked away the same day with a new car. He keeps in touch to see if you are still satisfied with your car and reminds you to call him if you have a problem. I have recommended him to many of my friends without hesitation. Charlie is great!

Mohammad was very helpful in finding the car I was looking for to buy for my son. We closed in two visits. He later explained the details of the car features.
Excellent experience - BeepBeepIt'saJeep
I live 377 miles from this dealership and chose them over all the local ones because of Leon Travis and getting the specific vehicle I wanted. He picked me up at the airport and took me to pick up the vehicle that we negotiated the week before. The finance person, of course, tried his best to get "more", but the price was set and honored. I was also impressed by Leon's follow up...even after the deal was done and everyone was paid. I appreciate him standing out.
First Wrangler - tmw6310
I had Charles Green as a sales rep and he was so patient and helpful throughout the entire car buying process. I would definitely give them my business again.
Rich Steelman - Debra Rowley
I have dealt with Rich in purchasing my last 4 to 5 cars and I have had great experience each time. I go online look for what I want get pre-approved and call Rich. When I get to the dealership my car is ready and the paperwork is painless now. It used to take almost all day to buy a car. I was in and out in no time. But also keeping the same sales person that gets to know you and what you like is the best trust you can have in someone. Rich is great and the dealership follows.
2016 Ram Laramie Longhorn - Onyx
I just purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn and could not be happier. Barry and Michael were great to deal with and made the purchasing experience hassle free. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, they went out of their way to ensure that I was not disappointed in any way when I drove off the lot. I travelled almost 100 miles to make this purchase as my local dealerships were not that interested in working with me on the price, I'm very happy I made the trip.
Robert Whitley is an exceptional Ambassador of Fitzgeraldd. - Robert Whitley

AMAZING SALESMAN AMAZING DEALS! - Taylor4176
By far one of the hardest working dealerships I've ever encountered. The salesman Mr. Don Okay is the friendliest and nicest saleman I've ever met. They gave us more for our trades than we ever would have expected. They saw we wouldn't pay more than our max price and when it showed the vehicle would be a little over that they worked it so we got exactly the price we could afford. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, I 100% recomend this dealership and Mr. Okay. So SO happy!!
The best car buying experience! - william valentine
Amir and Yusuf were amazing. I bought a preowned vehicle and I was unhappy with the original vehicle. I ended up bringing it back to them and they put me in another vehicle no questions asked. Good vehicle, great price, great people. As a customer you can't ask for a better car buying experience, don't waste time somewhere else. Darcars is a one stop shop! 10 stars ***** *****!!!
Great Customer Service! - CT
So,I made an appointment for an oil change for my Grand Cherokee(I bought a fully loaded Laredo to AVOID all the air ride and transmission problems ALL the other models suffer from AND sensor issues, the Laredo has all you need and more, leather, pano roof, touchscreen with Nav,uConnect etc but NONE of the headaches you get with the higher models),I bought a Service Pkg with it at time of purchase, but am USELESS with paperwork,no worries, the Service Manager took the time to look it up while I was on the phone!!!So,I missed my appointment due to an accident near my home and arrived nearly an hour after my appointment time, figuring I would need to re book or wait an eternity(I would hate for someone else to be "bumped"because of me,I HATE it done to me),fortunately they had a cancellation so was just the hour I waited. No problem. As always they do a good job and I didn't have ANY oil mess or footprints in my car.No damage either.(I ALWAYS check my vehicles no matter where I go),Everyone is always friendly, mechanics included, and anytime I speak to them directly,I find them friendly, helpful and willing to help,be it the entry level mechanic who does oil changes or a Master Tech who specializes in a particular area(have needed this expertise with another vehicle I owned.
I review EVERYTIME I go for service and/or purchase as I feel often people only review when unhappy so doesn't give a fair assessment of how the Dealership truly performs.YES Dealerships are more expensive, but I CHOOSE to maintain my vehicles from a manufacturer certified tech.IF you need expensive work(I have on several occasions),check parts costs for yourself by visiting a Mopar parts dept(online) so you know what the costs are.I always do and have never been steered wrong, just once when the part price was mis quoted, and corrected when I questioned the cost, they double checked, confirmed they were in error, apologized, charged me install only and waived the $41 for the part.My point being,I have purchased 14 vehicles from Heritage in as many years and have ONLY had problems with Heritage Chevrolet,(so don't own a Chevy any longer) and have never had issue with ANY Jeep or Dodge I owned.I am being detailed, even though I only had an oil change,I have had 100's of Services performed, some expensive.and have never felt "ripped off" or "taken advantage of" so just wanted to share that with others considering Heritage Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep they really do a good job and can be trusted. My view of Heritage Chevrolet is COMPLETELY the opposite.
There are some who home in on Victor, yes,he will offer services likely not needed, and can be abrupt bordering on rude, just do what I do,you don't have to deal with him if you don't want to,but he does do a good job given the chance. What I understand and a lot seem to forget,it IS a Dealership with Dealership prices, yes,on occasion they get it wrong, but will fix an error.Sure an oil change is pricey but I suggest YouTube some of the stunts jiffylube pull on their customers like destroying engines and transmissions due to not doing a chemical flush correctly,so much so,manufacturers recommend against flushing.I hasten to point out its NOT every jiffylube!!
In closing, after such a long review just for an oil change,I trust them completely with my Jeeps and have never had issue.Sure I hate paying, same as everyone else😊😊😊but gotta do what you gotta do.
I like the checks aswell!First time I have been green across the board!
How it is done correctly - GSguy
Showed up at the dealership just as it was closing. The used car manager got us the key to sit in the car to look around. I came back the next day, took the car out for a test drive, came back and started the negotiation process. It got bogged down and lo and behold, the manager from the prior night, George, comes by and smooths things over, makes me feel much better and I buy the car. Thanks George. And the salesperson, Abdul was very nice as well. I also enjoyed my time spent with Allen the finance guy. Thank you.
We will deal again - MilkshakeMan
This dealership is the place to be. No-nonsense sales talk. The trade-in figure was good as well...we couldn't asked for more. They will take care of you from sales agent to the GM. If we will trade in our current car in the future, we will definitely do it with Darcars.
Great Service! - Gayle
Love this dealership. Purchased my car from here, it was quick and easy. Last week I brought it back to this dealership for an engine light. They quickly scheduled me an appointment and fix it! It was minimal impact on work schedule! I will be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership for all my service!
Great experience - Chris15
The customer service was wonderful. Andrea Figliozzi was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She has a lot of knowledge and is very dedicated.
Painless used car buying experience - Rosesonata
Mr Barrett and the staff were friendly and worked hard to accommodate us. They made sure that in spite of our special situation, all family members had ample opportunity to test the van. The van was presented to us in pristine condition. The paperwork went very smoothly, including accommodating the absence of the customer.
They also took time to make sure we were comfortable with the many features.
jeep rubicon unlimited great buy - Fnspr308
Great buying experience Mark was very informative and helpful in our purchase. Jeep was clean and full of fuel in record time. Great family dealership
Great attentive experience with Dodge Journey - Mcloutiera
My husband, toddler and I went into Len Stoler looking for a newer vehicle with more space for the hefty car seats than my cx-7 as we are expecting another child. That was all we really said, and our salesman Andrew immediately thought of the first vehicle that would best suit us, and he couldn't have been more spot on for our needs. The vehicle is AWD, has backup assistance (which is great to have as a mom with stuff always going on in the car!), storage compartments for every seat (so my car doesn't look like a disaster of baby stuff exploded), and even built in booster seats. It has a third row that folds up, also! Andrew hit the nail on the head thinking of this as a fit for us. He was informative, friendly, attentive and caring towards our needs. He helped us get in the exact price range we needed to be, and spent a lot of time working with us. If there wasn't a way, Andrew made one! The sales manager was attentive and informative, as well. Everyone was pleasant and enthusiastic with our toddler and made our experience wonderful.
New Chrysler 200 purchase - MB
I had a fabulous experience purchasing my new Chrysler 200 at Keene! My salesman, Treacy McNeeley, was awesome! He found the perfect car for me and, along with new car manager, Bill Stevenson, gave me an amazing deal on the car! Duane Bodie in finance was great and even made the finance process an enjoyable one. It was a pleasure working with Treacy, he made sure everything went smoothly and provided great customer service. He really listens and truly wants to ensure you have a great experience from beginning to end, and beyond. I will definitely recommend Keene and Treacy to all my friends and family!
Fantastic Experience - Jesus lover
I went to Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep looking to purchase a 2016 Grand Cherokee Summit that they had in stock and I was looking to trade my 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland. I did my homework on the value of my trade and the new car. I told the sales manager and my salesperson Wendell Fitzgerald that I just wanted to know what their best price was for my trade and for the vehicle that I was looking to purchase and that if they treated me fairly that I would go ahead and purchase the SUV. Let me just say that both of them handled the transaction with a totally professional attitude. Their offer for my trade and for the new SUV were both better then what I had estimated and so I went ahead with the purchase even though the SUV was still in transit. I put $500 down to hold the vehicle and it arrived a week later. Wendell contacted me as soon as it arrived and I made arrangements with him to pick it up. When I arrived two days later, the whole transaction only took about an hour. I am writing to compliment Tate for one of the best buying experiences I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I currently own five vehicles and have purchased four this year alone. I would gladly give them an outstanding rating for their professionalism.
Noise solved - Brian Cummings
I put the caravan in for regular maintenance plus I told James about an intermittent noise . I had no hope for them solving the problem but it was diagnosed and fixed.
THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST - MB529
They helped me and saved me money, and they were friendly and great and I love them. Thanks to the best dealer in the whole world.
Disappointed with them - William.long
So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.
A Great Dealership - Dawn
My husband & I have bought several (at least 15) cars from Craig Frederick. We strayed away last year because I wanted a Mercedes. It was a terrible decision, but so thankful to Craig... He was able to help us get out of it! Not only is he knowledge about every car on the lot, he is very patient ( a must with me) I have never had anything but positive experiences with him & I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Thanks Craig & your team at Fred Frederick!!
Rude, false information, complicated - Jeep/Rogue
My husband and I went to Jones jeep, refered by a friend to purchase a 2016 Jeep Rubicon. We went with 2 of our 4 children 3 weeks ago to discuss the purchase of one. We decided to build our own, we sat there for 3 and a half hours, trying to figure out the financing part of purchasing the Jeep. My husband and I thought we finally came up with what would work for with a payment. Of course as always when you purchase a new car or any car there is always the back and forth with the pricing. We put the deposit on the Jeep and they ordered it. I would call and check up with my sales person, Carl on a weekly basis. He contacted me Monday evening and said your Jeep is here. I had asked him all numbers are still good. He said we will discuss when you guys can come in. I told him we would be Tuesday around 12 noon and that I didn't have a lot of time so please have paperwork ready. We arrive at the dealership and they had nothing ready and can't even find out paperwork. After redoing paperwork we for some reason now have to do the price discussion again... At this point I am very frustrated. The financial man, Dan Alban came in and was going over interest rates and payments. I said to him that selling//purchase price is incorrect. That is not what we had agreed to pay. He said you already ordered the Jeep and put a deposit on it and now you want a different purchase price, he said you can't do that. He proceed to be very rude, disrespectful and very smart mouth. He told my husband and I we need to speak to Carl about the price. I asked him to please get him for me. I did a true car report and they wouldn't honor it, I had spoke to a different Jeep dealership 10 mins away and there price was $2000 less for the exact same Jeep. While we are trying to discuss this with Carl, Dan felt the need to interrupt our conversation and make rude smart mouth comments. Finally after about 15mins of him treating us like this my husband had said to him, do you need to be here for this part? Dan said no threw his hands up on the air and walked out, as he did he was muttering under his breath barely loud enough "don't listen to the guy who does this for a living, it's not like I don't know what I doing". Ok do at this point I turned around in my chair and said excuse me? He said I didn't say anything. We have now been at the dealership for 2 hours at this point, I am ready to walk away and not purchase the over priced Jeep. The manager Art came over to my husband and myself and asked us what was going on and what the situation was. I explained it to him, he was very nice and understanding for our frustration. He agreed to take the $2000 off the price and we decided to purchase it. Art had Kim do our paperwork instead of Dan. So after 3 and a half hours the first time there and another 3 hours the second time we currently own a 2016 Jeep Rubicon! We love it but will NEVER visit this dealership for a purchase again. The service department is and was very helpful and will purchase our products from them. I was going to purchase a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV for myself from Jones Nissan dealership but I have decided to go elsewhere to make that purchase.
rude and poor service after the purchase - Jeep
We went to this place and got our new car. They were very friendly until you drove your new car away. They only gave me one key fob at the delivery and told me that they would find the 2nd set. However, they started to ignore my phone call and email. And when I use a different phone to call, the sale representative finally picked up the phone, but he hang up on me after he realized that I called. Do not ever go to this place to buy a car!!!!
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident... - Clevertitan
My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
