I had never been to this dealership before, but after research, found that the Town & Country was probably the best vehicle for my needs. Stopped in on Friday evening, talked to salesman-Andy and found the vehicles that they had there on the lot. Came in on Saturday afternoon, after Andy had a cancellation, and also met with Sales Manager Bruce. Both were very courteous and cared about my needs. We worked thru a deal, and I picked up the vehicle Monday morning. All went just as expected and was a pleasant experience. Great team. From the time I walked into the dealership, I felt comfortable. Lauren and Keon who greeted us outside were extremely friendly. To be honest, I am very cautious around sales people; but Lauren and Keon were able to remove that wall with their friendly and open personality. From start to finish, Lauren worked with me through every step. She answered every question-she even answered questions that I asked more than once. She was extremely personable and made me feel at ease. I had a few moments where I felt overwhelmed (nothing that she did-just the car buying experience). Yet, the entire time, she was patient and offered kind words. I know she is a salesperson, but it truly felt as if I was talking to a friend. I have always dreaded taking my vehicle in for servicing. NOT ANY MORE!! My Jeep needed an oil change, tires rotated, etc. I dropped her off yesterday, got my loaner, and returned today. I am almost sad that I don't get to go back tomorrow!! The service department at FitzWay in LP is awesome. I had such fun with the staff. We laughed, talked football, and generally had a blast. Of course, the work done was outstanding. Not one thing I asked for them to do was left undone. Smiles all around. I felt like I was with family.
I cannot wait for my next excuse to go back!!!

By far one of the hardest working dealerships I've ever encountered. The salesman Mr. Don Okay is the friendliest and nicest saleman I've ever met. They gave us more for our trades than we ever would have expected. They saw we wouldn't pay more than our max price and when it showed the vehicle would be a little over that they worked it so we got exactly the price we could afford. Showed up at the dealership just as it was closing. The used car manager got us the key to sit in the car to look around. I came back the next day, took the car out for a test drive, came back and started the negotiation process. It got bogged down and lo and behold, the manager from the prior night, George, comes by and smooths things over, makes me feel much better and I buy the car. Thanks George. My husband, toddler and I went into Len Stoler looking for a newer vehicle with more space for the hefty car seats than my cx-7 as we are expecting another child. That was all we really said, and our salesman Andrew immediately thought of the first vehicle that would best suit us, and he couldn't have been more spot on for our needs. The vehicle is AWD, has backup assistance (which is great to have as a mom with stuff always going on in the car!), storage compartments for every seat (so my car doesn't look like a disaster of baby stuff exploded), and even built in booster seats. It has a third row that folds up, also! Andrew hit the nail on the head thinking of this as a fit for us. He was informative, friendly, attentive and caring towards our needs. He helped us get in the exact price range we needed to be, and spent a lot of time working with us. If there wasn't a way, Andrew made one! The sales manager was attentive and informative, as well. Everyone was pleasant and enthusiastic with our toddler and made our experience wonderful.

After meeting with Donny, we realized there were no trucks equipped with the features I was looking for, so we decided to order one custom. The process went smoothly and it was ordered. After about 7 weeks, the truck arrived. Financing was handled through my credit union, so I cannot speak to rates etc from the dealership, but both Donny as well as Mike Baldwin, were incredible to deal with. They gave me a fantastic price for my trade in, and a very competitive price for the new Ram. There are a handful of dealers closer to where I live, but am happy to have bought mine from Keene.

So to start off I have recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 4x4 from this location approximately 100 miles later the check engine light came on. I contact my salesman and asked why that might be. My dealer stated that the previous owner had put after market exhaust on the truck and that the exhaust he used would not match the trucks O2 censor and that is why the check engine light is on. Although I wasn't pleased with the answer given I decided to let it be and bite my lip.
Two weeks later I arrived on a Saturday morning to have the spray in bed liner installed. I removed the main bed cover which is a water seal cover to make the installation easier on the dealership. The cover has two rails with water hoses to drain water that would potentially stand on the cover itself. The dealership took both rails off the truck conducted the installation but failed to reinstall the rails so I could put my bed cover back on. In my experience with service departments if you remove an item of the truck you reinstall that item not leave them in the bed of the truck. I asked the service department why the weren't reinstalled and they stated to me that they would not be able to put them on for me and I could reinstall it myself or bring it back another day and they would take care of it. So I once again bit my lip Unsatisfied with the service. I got home 30 minutes later to discover that there was a series on small scratches above the handle to the tail gate. I contacted the dealership again on the following Wednesday to pay the remaining balance of my down payment of 3000 of the 8000 I put down. I notified the dealership that I was unhappy with the scratches and that they haven't tried to fix the problems. Later that night I was driving home from work when I heard a scraping sound coming from my truck at that time my exhaust pipe fell off and nearly caused three vehicles to wreck. I apologized to the people about the exhaust falling off almost causing a collision but was glad that no one was hurt. This could have been a very expensive law suit against the dealership if someone would have died because of there lack of inspection skills and selling a vehicle that had faulty equipment. I contacted the dealership that same night and to my surprise a salesman answered the phone and I told him what had happened. He asked me if I was going to bring the truck in and I said I would be there in the morning. I arrived expecting the dealership to seriously compensate me with several options and all I got was here's a rental car we will fix your truck and send you on your way. At this point I don't even want the truck it's faulty and has almost taken someone's life id rather they find me a truck that I like that has the same or better features and give it to me for the same price that I currently pay for the faulty truck if that can't happen I will be talking with a lawyer this afternoon.

Contacted Scott Bachman in the service dept and alerted him to my concerns, Mr Bachman explained the process that they were going to take and then supplied me with a rental until the vehicle was completed Scott was very Professional and caring. He was upfront and direct, a refreshing change. I do recommend Don White's to everyone that ask me about a dealership that can be trusted.

I have been taking my Jeep there for over a year for the SAME problems throughout the past year. The problems are so random it is hard to pin point when they will pop up again, which let me make clear I very well understand they have to see it to fix it but after a year of this back and forth and being pushed out of my warranty the truck still has ALL the problems it started with plus new ones. The biggest disappointment is the attitude of the service writers and the manager himself. The way I have been talked to and made out to be just the average joe like anyone else walking in has made me completely lose faith in Chrysler all together. I have been more than patient and after being talked down to about fixing things on my own and just changing the time my self because it isn't a Rolex watch is extremely unprofessional. I can see why the service writers talk to people that way because the service manager wasn't any nicer or more concerned then the writer so the attitude just trickles down. The manager even told me that if I was so dissatisfied with the truck itself take it back to where I bought it and complain to them. It is almost as if since I didn't buy it there why go above and beyond. I was told repeatedly they are so busy and always slammed they do what they can do so in that instance why should I even have to pay anything since I am only getting mediocre service anyway because they are "too busy". If they are that busy why take new appointments?
Rude, false information, complicated - Jeep/Rogue
My husband and I went to Jones jeep, refered by a friend to purchase a 2016 Jeep Rubicon. We went with 2 of our 4 children 3 weeks ago to discuss the purchase of one. We decided to build our own, we sat there for 3 and a half hours, trying to figure out the financing part of purchasing the Jeep. My husband and I thought we finally came up with what would work for with a payment. Of course as always when you purchase a new car or any car there is always the back and forth with the pricing. We put the deposit on the Jeep and they ordered it. I would call and check up with my sales person, Carl on a weekly basis. He contacted me Monday evening and said your Jeep is here. I had asked him all numbers are still good. He said we will discuss when you guys can come in. I told him we would be Tuesday around 12 noon and that I didn't have a lot of time so please have paperwork ready. We arrive at the dealership and they had nothing ready and can't even find out paperwork. After redoing paperwork we for some reason now have to do the price discussion again... At this point I am very frustrated. The financial man, Dan Alban came in and was going over interest rates and payments. I said to him that selling//purchase price is incorrect. That is not what we had agreed to pay. He said you already ordered the Jeep and put a deposit on it and now you want a different purchase price, he said you can't do that. He proceed to be very rude, disrespectful and very smart mouth. He told my husband and I we need to speak to Carl about the price. I asked him to please get him for me. I did a true car report and they wouldn't honor it, I had spoke to a different Jeep dealership 10 mins away and there price was $2000 less for the exact same Jeep. While we are trying to discuss this with Carl, Dan felt the need to interrupt our conversation and make rude smart mouth comments. Finally after about 15mins of him treating us like this my husband had said to him, do you need to be here for this part? Dan said no threw his hands up on the air and walked out, as he did he was muttering under his breath barely loud enough "don't listen to the guy who does this for a living, it's not like I don't know what I doing". Ok do at this point I turned around in my chair and said excuse me? He said I didn't say anything. We have now been at the dealership for 2 hours at this point, I am ready to walk away and not purchase the over priced Jeep. The manager Art came over to my husband and myself and asked us what was going on and what the situation was. I explained it to him, he was very nice and understanding for our frustration. He agreed to take the $2000 off the price and we decided to purchase it. Art had Kim do our paperwork instead of Dan. So after 3 and a half hours the first time there and another 3 hours the second time we currently own a 2016 Jeep Rubicon! We love it but will NEVER visit this dealership for a purchase again. The service department is and was very helpful and will purchase our products from them. I was going to purchase a 2016 Nissan Rogue SV for myself from Jones Nissan dealership but I have decided to go elsewhere to make that purchase.

We went to this place and got our new car. They were very friendly until you drove your new car away. They only gave me one key fob at the delivery and told me that they would find the 2nd set. However, they started to ignore my phone call and email. And when I use a different phone to call, the sale representative finally picked up the phone, but he hang up on me after he realized that I called. Do not ever go to this place to buy a car!!!!

My car (2010 challenger) broke down outside of Accident MD 7 weeks ago. Needless to say it is still not fixed. The first week they had other work and could not look at my car to the end of the week (totally understand) The second week they informed me that it was the timing belt that broke, later that week they informed me that some of the valves were not holding pressure, resulting in them having to take the engine apart for repair. Weeks 3-5 they were ripping the motor apart and waiting for back ordered parts. On saturday at the end of week 6 after calling they informed me that it was all good it just needed to be timed. I called back tuesday where they again informed me its all good just needs timed.. so i called today (2-20-2014) to confirm the time i can pick up my car friday, only to be informed that there is still a cyclinder issues and it may be ready next week. As of right now Dodge corprate has "launched" a service review/investigation. After having Dodge HQ call them the service manager said he would provide me a rental car. If the service department is a example of this dealership i would stay very far away. Just a finishing note- They have never called me to update me on the repair work, i have had to call them everytime. Please beware.
