Honda owner since 1987 (before Wilson became Sport: CRX, DelSol, and Fit). When my 2010 Fit was totaled, I came back to Sport to find a used car replacement. Wonderful experience. Haby Ly showed me the very car I had liked in the online inventory. He explained (very patiently!) the new features I knew nothing about. On our test drive I found the 2024 Civic LX just fit me well. This CPO car was in very good condition with 1 owner and only 11000 miles. At the end of the day, there was no reason not to purchase it. The paperwork to complete the sale flowed smoothly, too, and I was able to drive my new car home. Sport Honda remains a first class dealer, doing their job with care for their customers which means a lot to me. I highly recommend Sport Honda on Automobile Blvd in Silver Spring.

What really stood out was Stan's dedication. He stayed with me through the entire process, all the way until I got my keys at 9 PM, even though the dealership closes at 6! Do not like how they still need to call in a manager to negotiate a trade-in, a financial guy to talk about all the extra money you can spend on warranty deals, so that it still takes hours and a a ton of signatures and 3 different people to buy a car
