I had purchased my Honda CR-V Hybrid from Suburban in Oct ‘23. I came back in Jan ‘24, & spoke with Svc mgr Jeff Smith, who was Extremely Helpful & Informative in answering a bundle of questions I had for him, & I drove away Completely Satisfied. So, on Wed 5/29/24, I drove in again, & asked for Jeff, so he could set up my 1st oil, filter & tire rotation (7,400mi). Jeff was off that day, but Brenden Miller was there, and checked to see the wait time for today. He returned & told me 1hr 10min, so I left my CR-V, and after 25min, Brenden announced that my car was ready! Brenden was the perfect “fill-in” for Jeff Smith, Both having excellent Customer Service Skills! My newest opinion of Suburban Honda is that “Every employee here should be teaching Customer Service Skills to Honda USA Corporate Staff! Suburban is the BEST!!….
