All the staff truly listen and care about you and your vehicle. I’ve owned many trucks over the years and have been to numerous service departments, but Pappas Toyota is hands down the best. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle or needing service. A big shout-out to Chris Lathangue, a Service Advisor at Pappas Toyota. I witnessed him assisting an elderly lady with questions about her vehicle, patiently explaining everything to ensure she understood before leaving. Chris even walked her to her car to make sure she was okay, as her arthritis was bothering her leg. Seeing people like Chris making the world a better place is heartwarming.
