This was my first time dealing with Lexus of Lincoln and I must say this was a very good experience. I had the pleasure of visiting with Bret, Troy and Luke while contemplating buying a used Lexus from them and they treated me like I came in to buy a brand new Lexus. That says so much about this dealership. If given the opportunity, I would definitely go back when I am in the market for another car but until then I will spread the word about these three gentlemen and Lexus of Lincoln. She made sure to listen to what I had to say and made sure the correct tow company was used to get my car to the service department. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally. Matt was awesome. He was patient and let me look at more trucks than I probably should have. He took the time to educate me on what Chevy offers as a dealer and as a major vehicle producer. I would have bought something from him but I was to slow. That's business I guess. There was another dealer that I worked with too but I cant remember his name.
