Despite there being a hiccup during the sales process, Shah and his team were very helpful in rectifying the issue. We left the dealership very happy with our purchase and during the whole process, Shah was helpful, not pushy, and provided very good support even after the car was driven off the lot. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a good deal on a good car.

Overall, everything was great. Only issue I had is they must have turned my headlights on for some reason and then turned them off however, I keep it set to auto so when I went out that night I almost had a quick accident because I didn't realize right away they were not on. My suggestion is to set the headlights back to whatever setting they were in when they did there work

Victor was my salesperson. Very nice didn't try to add everything under the sun to my purchase. Although the F&I manager increase the price which they states they had to, to cover the banks finance charges. In all reality it was to add the extended warranty. I was okay with the price as I too work for a car dealership.

The service department is amazing, They serviced my trucks like they were a priority, Then they went beyond the reason the truck was there, doing a complete inspection including a video and description of things I had no expectation of such as tire tread, brake pad thickness, looking for oil leaks and fluids checks. Getting a time to get service, cost of repair, and the communication of all was beyond expectation. Got more than I paid for and a good reason to buy from Suresky.
