Despite there being a hiccup during the sales process, Shah and his team were very helpful in rectifying the issue. We left the dealership very happy with our purchase and during the whole process, Shah was helpful, not pushy, and provided very good support even after the car was driven off the lot. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a good deal on a good car.

The service and the service representative was very good. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because they said the service would be completed in about an hour and I waited an hour and 20 minutes and I went to the service representative and asked him how much longer it would be and he said he’ll check on it and the service was complete after that. But the total time was over an hour and a half. I had a schedule appointment two hours after the service time and I just barely made it to my appointment.

We purchased our Palisade at your dealership, but live in Atlanta. My daughter lives on Long Island and I needed servicing while here. Scheduling the service was easy and Holly met us upon our arrival. She quickly got us checked in and gave us a couple of updates during the service. Holly let us know as soon as our car was finished. While at the dealership my wife and I looked at the current lineup up of vehicles. The sales personnel we encountered were very informative and polite.

Although the F&I manager increase the price which they states they had to, to cover the banks finance charges. In all reality it was to add the extended warranty. I was okay with the price as I too work for a car dealership.
