We dropped off the car on a Thursday night and our appointment wasn’t till 10 on Friday and by 7:30 in the morning they were calling us and telling us what was wrong with it and how long it would take to fix it and we picked it up I can’t remember probably about two or 3 PM that day best service ever and also the best service people ever. We had a fantastic experience at Estle! Everyone was very nice and super chill. No high tactic sales. No pressure. Not at all the sales experience a lot of people (including us) hate. Devon was awesome and seemed to completly understand what we were looking for. When we arrived he had the car pulled out, gassed up, and ready to roll for a test drive. Chad was also great. He was laid back but very thorough in explaining all the terms and making sure all our questions were answered and we understood and were happy with our options. We can't thank you all enough!

My truck was 10,000 mi outside of warranty and had some major issues happen, I contacted them to see if there was anything they could do. They got me into the shop and remedied some of the issues under extended warranty. Some of the other issues I had to pay for which I expected. Everything seems to be the way it should be. The service that you get with the service team is fantastic. They are always playful and energetic. I will happily recommend them
