I talked to the online rep, she answered all my questions and even talked me into making a trip up even though I was working with another dealership and just wanted to compare. I met with Mercedes and she was amazing! She met me at the door, helped me with my kids. She took the time to ask about my concerns and why I wanted to seek other options. After telling her what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for my lease, she was able to get me a better car at the right price. They also gave me the price I was seeking for my trade which was great. The entire team I worked with after that were amazing and talked me through every step! I went to Byers to look at leasing a new Sorento. I was treated with the utmost dignity and respect i have ever had and no pushy salesman. Nick answered all my questions and even some i hadn't thought about. I left knowing exactly what my payments would be. I told Nick i was going to check worth the other dealers and i get back with him. The next day we went to another Kia dealer which was the worst experience I've ever had. I went back to see Nick at Byers Kia and bought my car.. it was completely hassle free, fast and the best deal i, could find. My recommendation to everyone is too do what i will from now on and save my time and money by going directly to Byers and see Nick Hedges

Purchase of 2017 Chevy Equinox - whatever
My experience purchasing a Chevy Equinox from VanDevere Chevrolet was very pleasant and rewarding. All of the employees I encountered were very helpful and courteous. Although I stopped by VanDevere Kia (not realizing that the Chevrolets were sold at a different location, and I wanted a Chevy), Beth Thaxton (the salesperson) was very willing to take me to the Chevy location and spent all the time I needed to help me make a decision. She was very customer-focused and showed a real desire to locate the car I had in mind. I was definitely pleased with her handling of my car purchase. Also, Sean Cooper was very courteous and patient with me (I had a lot of questions when it came to financing.)

Avoid these awful people. - Not taking your crap
I inquired about a used vehicle, and was told I would get a call back from a manager. Instead they sent me a text saying the car was sold, which was a little suspicious. I checked on the vehicle the next day on their site to find it was still there and now $2000+ more expensive. This Kia dealership is full of liars, don't waste your time.
No Clue! - EZZARD ADELER
Last year I started having an issue where my engine light kept going off and on. I took my 2009 Borrego in several times and finally they informed me they would need to keep the vehicle and do additional work to identify the issue. So I rented a car and they kept mine for about a week. Prior to this I had asked that they check all the sensors and wiring harnesses as well as the timing. The reason being the code that was being given suggested a timing issue.
They came back to me a week later and informed me they found no issues related to the code. I again asked about the timing they assured me it was checked and there were no issues and charged me about $1000 for the work. Now they did replace one part they found, but again said it had nothing to do with the code being given. That they just noticed a minor leak and wanted to address it early.
I left and several days later it started up again with the light and giving the same code as always. I had called back and was told again I would have to leave it there and there would be a charge. Needless to say I did not return several months passed the light going on and off still the same code.
I got tired of this and took it to my local mom’n’pop garage just blocks from me. They had it for a day identified the timing chain was loose and one of the guides was missing. I had them perform the needed replacements and it has been over a week no issues.
Though I love my Kia I cannot describe in enough words how much I dislike the service or lack of service that was provided at this location. It was a very expensive lesson for me that this location at least does not know what they are doing. The fact a local garage within minutes of getting to the timing chain could identify the issue and that a guide was missing, but that the dealership had it for several days and couldn’t.
Didn't Purchase but Still Recommend! - 2016
I came to Mentor Kia to test drive a used Sportage and Sorento, as I was in the market for an SUV. I worked with Dee Shirley, and I explained my budget, wish list, and what I'd already test-driven. She was patient with me and my Dad, and spoke to me, not at me. As a young, female car-buyer I appreciated her down-to-earth, honest approach as I had come from a day of test-driving with salesmen who talked down me to like I was uneducated about the car-buying process and accurate pricing. She was a breath of fresh air, as she was not pushy and understood I was looking to at the end of the month instead of that day. I actually liked another used car on their lot, but again wasn't ready to commit as I was finishing paying of my student loans first. Dee kept me in the loop and offered her services when I was ready. I ended up finding something else, when that other used car was sold, but I would HIGHLY recommend Dee's service and approach to car sales. She was easy to connect with and was not like any other sales person I worked with. Seek her out!

My Intentions was to go to Superior Hyundai to look at a Hyundai Elantra when I was approched by a saleman Eddi from Superior Kia. He sold me when he pointed out how Kia has the best warrenty on there vehicles. I was approved by my credit union to purchase a vehicle but hasseled to apply for a loan through the company. I was not able to put a down payment and was offered a kia Rio. Nice car but no warrenty. He then offered me a 2013 kia soul , lowered the price for me so I can buy it with a great warrenty. But the vehicle had some scratches and a small dent in which i had to beg them to fix. I really appreciate that they lower the price but all I ask that they a least touch up the scratches and dent. Who wants to drive home in a certified preown vehicle with scratches and dents.
