When my girlfriend and I arrived at the dealership, Martial Lester greeted us in the parking lot. I told him what I was interested in and he showed us some options. He took us inside and showed us the pricing. I told him I was going to think about my options for a week. We e-mailed back and forth a few times. I went back the next weekend and test drove the 2 cars I was interested in. Ended up buying my 2017 Optima that day ! Everyone from beginning to end was extremely friendly and I NEVER felt pressured. Martial was one of the best salesmen I have met.

My experience in dealing with Mark Andrijowych was an important factor in making a decision to purchase through Kia Dublin. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which he conducted business. We visited him several times over the course of few months. He was very accommodating, allowing me to view, and more importantly test drive the vehicle more than once. He was very willing to share his knowledge of the car’s potential, and l always felt that he was playing open cards. He was not very pushy or overly aggressive (as I found with some dealers) and as a result I felt very comfortable engaging with him and also with Julio Cruz who worked with him for a possible sale at the time. He was willing to listen to my concerns, and addressed them with the patience one seldom sees these days. Avery McConnell who handles the finance part was very accommodating to all of my questions to every part of the paperwork with grace. He made me feel at ease with the finance part and I was able to drive away with my new car feeling completely satisfied. ON top of this, I was introduced to the Service Advisor Thomas Dick and i felt comfortable in having him service my car in the near future for all regular check ups. I ended up at jeff wylee after a few other shady car dealers and was hesitant after the other experiences, but as soon as I walked in the door Carolyn Campbell put me at ease and explained everything to me that way I knew what was going on. I was expecting to get an older used car and that i would have to fight to get that, but carolyn put me in a brand new 2017 Kia forte with ease. I'm walking on a cloud because of her. My mind is blown I'm driving such a nice car i would of never dreamed I would of got a brand new car. Carolyn is the absolute best!

Ron is very knowledgeable about cars - new and used - Kia, Honda, Toyota, Acura, Subaru, doesn't matter. He did not hold back information, instead, he went well beyond what I expect, to find answers to my questions. He was polite, and way beyond conscientious. I believe he truly wanted us to make the right car buying decision for us. He did not pressure us.

After doing a large amount of research on new car options, I stumbled upon Byers Kia. A friend had purchased a used vehicle here a while back and had a good experience, so I was willing to give it a shot. I found my perfect match online before going out, and happened to get partnered with Kyle Cain (who my friend had nothing but nice things to say about). I made an appointment that was convenient for my schedule, and went out to test drive the car. The process was smooth, Kyle was not pushy in any way, and I felt the trade in value as well as the purchase price on my car were fair.
When we were finished, Kyle took me to finance, where I worked with Luke, who discussed my options for financing, and he got me a great rank with a bank I was familiar with, discussed extras (like the GAP protection I really wanted). and explained all the paperwork thoroughly and answered my questions so I knew exactly what I was signing and what to expect over the length of the process of owning my car.
I also got to talk to GM Tom Cole while I was at the dealership. Tom was cordial, and was talking to customers throughout the sales floor. He introduced himself, checked on me throughout the sales process, and once I agreed to purchase the car, encouraged me to contact the dealership with any concerns or questions.
With everyone's contact information readily available on their website, the great relationships I feel like I built with the dealership, I would definitely return to them for another car. I've already recommended Kyle, Luke, and Tom once in the week since I got my car, and will continue to do so.

Recently went to Mentor Kia to check out some new vehicles since the car I was in was close to going over my lease miles.... The whole experience couldn't have been any better. Walked in and was greeted by an amazing staff member who then lead me to Sean my sales Rep.. Once there Sean couldn't have been more helpful with everything I needed !! He answered all my questions and had me in a new car in no time. While going through the buying process they supplied me with coffee and a great work space to get anything I needed to get done while the paperwork was completed. There was no pressure what so ever, from the buying to the financing everything went as smoothly as possible. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I love my new KIA FORTE to boot !! I went in because I heard a commercial for the up to $8000 more for your trade, I called to verify that this promotion would work for the car I was looking for and was told yes. After being told yes by more than one employee, I drove over an hour to see if I could work something out. When I got there, I was told that promotion wasn't for the car I was interested in, and that the car was so popular they didn't have to offer any kind of incentive for it. I was again reassured that they would do everything possible to get me where I wanted my payments to be. I said ok, and continued on with the process, test drove the car again, and then waited for the offer. They were more than fair on the appraisal of my car I was trying to trade in. The problem came when I said what I need my budget to be at, I was told they were confident they could make it work. Then they started to try to increase the payments and go back and forth with me despite me saying no. Finally, I was told they wouldn't be able to get exactly what I was hoping for and tried to show me that I could break even because of the amount of gas I would be saving on, meaning I would be paying the same amount for my car payment with gas included in the new car payment. I said no thank you, and tried to leave, they just wouldn't take no for an answer. I spent over two hours in the dealership, and they wouldn't of given up if I wouldn't of just asked to have my car keys back so I could go home and quit wasting their time and mine. They were nice, but in a super pushy but trying to be polite kind of way.

He took the time to explain all the features, including setting up the multimedia system in the car for me. Mike, the Manager, searched other Kia dealerships to find the color I wanted. I am very happy with my new Kia and have to thank them for all their time and effort in making sure they did everything possible to help me, they certainly did make it easy. We test drove a new Kia Sportage. Ultimately we purchased another vehicle which we preferred more. However our experience with Carrie was very positive. Her follow-up was timely and she answered all of our questions in great detail, going so far as to copy pages from the owner's manual and emailing them to us. While this particular dealer doesn't appear to have good ratings overall, our sales experience was positive.
