I brought in my 2010 Kia Soul to trade and the color of it is called Java...like coffee. After her hard work in managing to get me a deal for a new Kia Soul, the one she decided to bring me to take for a test drive (and the one I actually purchased from her), the color was called Latte brown! My husband had just rented out a Kia for three weeks for work travels. He does this annually. Little did we know that later on his own car's muffler became a mess he didn't want to place any more $$$ into his 15 yr old car. He wanted to get a Kia because it drove very well on his trip earlier and seats were comfortable. He said it was in his price range that he could afford. I wasn't real sure of the Kia and quickly drove out to Crown Kia since it was near my workplace and wanted to look more closely at the car. I walked in and briefly walked around and a fella with a smiling face from a room caught my eye and ask if he could help me! That started a very pleasing car experience.
I explained to Mike my intentions and he showed me all aspects of the Kia and the 3 levels. He was very good in anwering my questions. I was actually excited and impressed of this line of car. My husband wanted a gray color and went outside and found exactly what he would want. We then returned 2 days later and bought the Kia. Got the clear coat next day and it really shined great. 3 hours is about all it took counting financial part and Mike reexplained so graciously to my husband the Kia and its parts and all interior bells and whistles before departing. I have bought 5 cars in my time and this by far was the easiest and least complicated experience . I will definately keep Crown Dublin in my thoughts when I decide to get another new car.

Our experience recently with Jeff Wyler Toyota was very positive from start to finish. While we were Waiting in the service lounge for routine checks on our Scion, my husband and I looked at the new 2016 Toyotas, and the new 2015's in the special August sale. We discussed the cars and deals with salesman, John Smith. He was thoroughly informed on the comparisons and contrasts of the Toyotas on the lot, and on other brands of cars in the categories that interested us. He could answer our questions. He was never pushy. John suggested we wander around the cars and then as more questions. We chose th think about the deals and options overnight. Meanwhile we received excellent care and advice about our Scion from the service department. By the second day, we had checked many things out for ourselves on line. We took several test drives. Several other employees also talked with us and answered questions, I cannot remember their names. John and the business manager, Matt Crosbie, worked out all the details with us in the purchase of our 2015 Prius Three. Our car purchase at Jeff Wyler dealership was a completely positive experience.

Mr. Reed was phenomenal! He was NOT the person who sold me the car (there were two other individuals involved) but he was the one who delivered the car to me. I totally understand the concept of teamwork and Mr. Reed was more than gracious and never spoke an unflattering word about his co-workers. From a customer service perspective, it was a bit disheartening that my salesperson was not there to deliver the car. I felt like the sale was made so good-bye. I am certain that was NOT the message intended, but that is how I felt. Mr. Reed was so professional yet personable that I was thrilled he was the person to deliver the car!
Mr. Reed took his time with me, making sure I understood and was comfortable with even the smallest details! His attention to my needs, especially those related to personal safety features was incredible. I bought a new Kia in 2006 and a new Honda 2016 CRV in March 2016. After a week we got a phone call asking us if we could come back in because they got us a lower rate with the bank and it would lower our payment. We purchased a kia optima in 2013 and enjoyed the car for 3 years except for the service department telling us that our front tires were bad after 10 thousand miles and that they would have to do a front end alignment for 90 dollars to see if something was broken under the car causing the tires to wear unevenly.
We declined and took the car elsewhere where they said the car was in alignment and that the tires themselves were cheap.
We traded the vehicle in March and went back to the dealership to have them sign off and send in the remaining portion of our gap refund.
5 months later we found out it was never sent in, and when we called the dealership, they said they would get right back to us which they never did.

He was helpful, not pushy and allowed us to make a decision by giving us the information that we needed. We are really happy with our new car and would work with Jim Miller again. We hadn't intended to purchase a car that night, but are really glad that we did.

We got approved three weeks ago for a vehicle drove off the lot happy to have a new vehicle only to get a call from the dealership saying the bank revoked your loan now we need the car back and the only other option you have is a used 2011 manual soul.....for $25 less then a brand new car payment.....are you kidding me....only wasted 12 hours of my familys time from the day we supposedly got approved and drove off the lot and the day we went to go see about a different vehicle not to mention we were told to just drive the vehicle back there and don't bring another vehicle because they will make sure that we got approved for something... Then we don't take that offer and get told we have to pay for an uber to get home.....I have to say I would not recommend this dealer to anyone ever I will take my business else where from now on ....very unhappy with how it all turned out and still out a vehicle.......

My wife wanted to buy a new car that was the exact same (color, trim, tech) as our ending lease. They were the only one within 300+ miles to have it, and Calvin made us feel comfortable going through the numbers. I was searching for a 2016 Kia Sedona EX in Venetian Red within a 300 mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA (the specs we were looking for didn’t exist in the Pittsburgh area) and the lowest bottom line price was the biggest factor. I have bought cars out of state many times in the past for me and friends and family. Byers Kia, and Spencer Thompson specifically, went above and beyond to earn my business. Upon talking to Spencer, he advised the car in Byers inventory I had initially contacted him about was being sold as we were talking. But Spencer immediately offered to locate another car matching my specs for the same price. He arranged for it to be delivered to Byers Kia the next day. My wife and I drove from Pittsburgh the following day to pick it up. Spencer was very courteous and straightforward during the entire transaction. He had the car cleaned and ready to go when we got there first thing in the morning and arranged with Luke Flowers (the F&I guy) for all the paperwork to be ready so that we could be in and out as soon as possible. Luke was also a pleasure to deal with. Very low pressure on the extended warranty and gap insurance sales pitches. He offered one price for each and when I declined we moved on to the rest of the paperwork. We were in and out in 90 minutes. I highly recommend Byers Kia and Spencer Thompson.
2014 Sorento motor install - Sweetpete
So here's my impression of the service department at Kia Spitzer West in Parma (Brookpark and State near 480). I drove my 2014 Sorento from Houston to Cleveland to visit family and friends and take a trip to Niagara Falls in Canada. About 1300 miles one way.
Upon arriving in Parma (8/4/16) I was at a stop light at Snow and Broadview when my temp gauge all of a sudden started to approach max temp! I turned on the heater to try to cool the engine down and the gauge returned to normal. I drove another 3 mins to my sister's house and shut down the motor. I did a cursory inspection and found no coolant leaks but I could smell radiator fluid. So, I made an appointment online at the closest Kia dealer since my Soto is under warranty and has ALWAYS been dealer maintained ever since I bought it new in Houston (DeMontrond Kia). I dropped it off on Friday morning (8/5/16). First impressions are important. I met with Lisa and she was super friendly and knowledgable. She told me upfront they were busy and would try to get the Soto looked at ASAP but I might not hear anything until Saturday (8/6/16) which I was ok with. I understand it was a last minute drop off and others were ahead of me in line. At least she told me up front.
Anyways, I get a call on Saturday afternoon. You won't believe this! My '14 Sorento with 41000 adult-driven, dealer maintained miles has a head gasket leak and needs a NEW MOTOR!!!!! Mind you, I'm from Houston, I'm heading to Canada on Tuesday (8/9/16) and heading back to Houston on 8/18/16!! Now I'm stressed!! I have no car and who knows how long a motor replacement will take? And what about my family's vacation?! Now what?!
This is where Lisa, Tony (master Kia mechanic) and the entire Spitzer Kia West team take the cake!!! First, they hook me up with a Dodge Ram rental from Enterprise Rentals. They cover the cost of the rental for as long as they have my Sorento and tell me just to enjoy my trip to Canada and they'll keep me in the loop as parts arrive and repairs begin. While in Canada, Lisa texted me a few times just to keep my informed (like she said she would) and that eased my stress greatly!
We returned from Canada on 8/12/16 and the Sorento still wasn't ready. But that's ok because we had the rental. Finally, on 8/16/16, Lisa called and said the Sorento was ready to go! I picked it up and we drove it back to Houston. 1300 miles later, we're safe and sound and back home. I can NOT believe the wonderful service I received from Lisa and Tony at Spitzer Kia!! If I'm ever in need of minor or major vehicle service and I'm in the Parma area, I will highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!
Will Not Return - unhappy customer
Purchased my used vehicle from Kia Mansfiled. Will never ever purchase anything from them again in. And on top of it they will never touch my car again. They never attached my plates correctly from my old car to my new. Small little detail. After having the vehicle less than a month, I had to take it back in to the service department due to the fact the NEVER totally tightened my lug nuts. Lack of safety concerns for their customers. The vehicle when they acquired it needed new brakes and rotars. They put new brakes on it but just machine shopped the rotars. I have had NOTHING but ISSUES with my BRAKES! I was told by their Service Manager I was hard on BRAKES. So I tried to communicate that Im not and in fact I am police academy trained in driving vehicles and also drove many vehicles in the military. So after being treated rude and taking my money for repairs, this Veteran will take his money down the road. So long SPITZER KIA!!
TEST DRIVE - crappy deal
Female with 2 kids went to test drive a Rio. The salesman, jumped on us before we even got out of the car. I provided my license and asked to drive a Rio before I do anything else I want to know if the car was right for me.He said " ok, let me talk to my manager. We waited 5 minutes and he returned. He said they do not have any Rio's to drive, they sell quick!. Maybe we'll get some in. He dismissed me and we left with no offer of driving anything.
I then called Doraty Kia 5 minutes later and was told by a different salesman that they have the cars in stock, no problem. I did call the manager and vented my anger and frustration.
A perfect case of judging a buyer by appearance.
I drove my sons old beat up Corolla because I was putting gas in his car.
The deal would have been in cash.

Bait ans Switch - Cheated
I was at the end of my lease.I stopped=in at other dealers to see about a new car.They gave me prices I liked but went to Kia of Streetsboro because of positive experiences in the past. The salesman was untruthful of what he could lease me a car for and claimed no other dealer could give me the prices that I claimed. I asked about the purchase price of my car telling him I had a purchase price 0f 10k from the lease company. He he would have the car financed for 10k. He brought the paper and quickly sign here as he turned the pages. I was in a rush and did not have time for several days before I could looked at the contract. The salesman,(Mile Stewert) did not write down 10k buy a total of 18k with the interest. Why would I pay Kia of Streetsboro 18k when I only owed 10k. This salesman and dealership are one to stay clear of. Of coure,all interest is what is paid for first. I am out 8k because of dishonest people.
