Mr. Chris Patton and his boss Ms. Tonya were phenomenal to say the least. I brought a great friend more like a sister with me and my sister is "No Joke" when it comes to getting the best deals. I was amazed at their ability to still remain professional and handle the business aspects of everything. I also like their ability to balance their personal and professional feelings concerning their customers. They meet their customers where their at which is a true gift. Even though I spent practically the whole day at your dealership, it was not an unpleasant experience. I was there to get a car because I had to, not because I wanted to. Someone had hit me and totaled my almost paid off vehicle. So when I got there I wasn't in the best of moods. That changed when I met Hunter and test drove a couple of vehicles. Hunter was very pleasant and even though he was new he was still knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer, he found it. Everyone at the dealership that day was very polite & helpful. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Dennis Automotive. I ended up leasing a vehicle that day, a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and I'm loving it! Thank you!!

I had attempted to purchase a Kia Sportage at a dealer 5 miles from my home which ended in anger and frustration. So I took a 40 minute drive to Harrison, OH to Cronin Kia. I arrived at the dealership skeptical, but knowing what I wanted, 2016 Kia Sportage AWD. Salesman, Mike Monroe heard my previous struggle and made this buying experience so much better. After test driving the 2016, he offered to let me drive the new 2017 Sportage to check out the improvements. Mike made the process easy and fun. He was patient as I weighed my options between the 2016 model and redesigned 2017 model. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Kia's and the Sportage. I would highly recommend Cronin Kia and Mike Monroe. A little humor, knowledge, and low pressure sales closed the deal for me. The drive was worth it.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to try to purchase a second vehicle for our family. We were met by a sales associate named Charlamagne (sp?). She seemed pleasant enough at first, until it came time to do the applications and credit checks. My boyfriend and I just have "us" and are on a fixed income. She asked us numerous times if we had any other money to put down. After responding time and time again, that no, we only have the money we brought, and no we do not have any other co-signers, once again, just "us". After the finance guy (who never came over to introduce himself or anything) did the credit checks she brought us a list of the 3 xxxxxxxxx vehicles on the lot. 1 of which wasn't too terrible but another sales associate was showing that vehicle at the same time and she didn't know if it was sold yet (lack of communication eh?) and told us to sit inside while we waited to see what the other people were doing. After 40 minutes she advised us that the vehicle had been sold. Asked us AGAIN if we had any other money or co-signers. Once we replied AGAIN that we do not. Thanked her for her time and left. Got 1/2 way down the road and discovered she never gave us back our drivers license, copies of paystubs, etc. I went back in, asked her for the documents back and she told me the finance guy has them (she could have taken the time to bring them to me or how about giving them back to me the first time?!) I asked the finance guy who just handed them to me without saying a word. We left, went straight to Tim Lalley Chevrolet and left in a new vehicle, within our budget and all around perfect for just "us". Today I received a follow-up call from Charlamagne asking if "anything had changed" AKA DO YOU HAVE MORE MONEY OR ANOTHER CO-SIGNER. I had to advise her that yes, something did change, we bought a vehicle from a dealership/sales associate that was wonderful and knew what they are doing. I would not recommend Kia of Bedford to my worst enemy. The sales people are the true definition of a "sales man". Just all about that $$$, no people skills and LAZY!!

Previously bought an optima there in 2012 and had a great experience. We had also been really happy with our optima, so when we decided to upgrade we went back...big mistake! The salesman, Alan was too blunt and too rude to be dealing with people, wound up leaving extremely upset, the manager promised to call the next day and never did!!!! Went out to Kia of Castrucci and could not be happier the process was smooth the whole staff was professional, our salesman, Glen was great!! Left with a new Sedona! Highly recommend taking the drive and saving yourself the aggravation of dealing with kiKia of Dayton!

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from Superior Kia roughly four days ago. It was night time when I made the purchase and traded my Dodge Charger in as a down payment. The car looked great and the price was decent, but I made a purchase after dark and couldn't see all of the cosmetics of the vehicle. The next morning I noticed all four tires were corroded in the center causing it to appear white. It appears as if someone hit the curb on both sides because both wheels were peeling and indented a quarter of an inch on over half of the "spokes." I spoke with the salesman about the issue after driving a half an hour to the dealership. He went and spoke to the used car sales "manager" who gave a reply that there was nothing he could do about it I would have to fix it on my own. I never got to personally speak to the used car sales manager; he used the salesman to tell me everything he had to say. I called around for a quote and it was approximately $400 to have them fixed. All they offered me was a car wash which they admitted to not doing when I purchased the car because there was not enough time left in the night. I would not recommend this place and if I could trade my car in for my older car I would.they do not care about their customers and it is very disappointed in how unprofessional they handled the situation.
Will Not Return - unhappy customer
Purchased my used vehicle from Kia Mansfiled. Will never ever purchase anything from them again in. And on top of it they will never touch my car again. They never attached my plates correctly from my old car to my new. Small little detail. After having the vehicle less than a month, I had to take it back in to the service department due to the fact the NEVER totally tightened my lug nuts. Lack of safety concerns for their customers. The vehicle when they acquired it needed new brakes and rotars. They put new brakes on it but just machine shopped the rotars. I have had NOTHING but ISSUES with my BRAKES! I was told by their Service Manager I was hard on BRAKES. So I tried to communicate that Im not and in fact I am police academy trained in driving vehicles and also drove many vehicles in the military. So after being treated rude and taking my money for repairs, this Veteran will take his money down the road. So long SPITZER KIA!!

This place tried to make an offer on our car that was 2500 below market value. Then we tried to negotiate with them on the price of their car, but we got now where. They only came down 500 dollars.
Two months later that same car was just reduced to what we were asking.

Purchased 5 vehicles , used and new, at Spitzer over the years . Always had good service and pleased with our purchases . Never had any problems or difficulties. When did Spitzer become a Kia dealership? I have a 1989 Jeep with 39K and considering a Kia Soul. Is Mr. Kirk Kennedy still with you. He sold us our last vehicle, a 2013 Dodge Durango. Service Center Technicians are extremely careless - LMiller
Service Center technicians at the facility are careless and poorly supervised by competent staff. The Service Center managers, both the Service Center Manager Lindsay and the Service Center Advisor John are excellent to deal with and try to make up for the Service Techs lack of attention. First time bringing the car in for routine oil change, came home to find out that they only put in 3 quarts of oil in my Sorento, and the engine covers were missing. Came back to the dealership and both Lindsay and John had the techs do another Oil change and replaced my engine covers. Second time to the dealership, I needed a new Thermostat. The replaced the thermostat and then I got no heat in the vehicle. Drove back to dealership, tech explained may be air in the system. They tried again to fix, still no heat. Brought the car over the Mentor Kia, and their techs discovered that the thermostat was improperly installed. Both Linday and John took care of the bill from Mentor Kia. I don't have a problem with the Service Center managers, I do however cannot stress how poor their service techs do their job and may cause damage to your vehicle.
