We were looking for a 6-7 passenger vehicle. Dave Warren helped us to find the right car to fit our needs. The Chevy Traverse is a perfect fit for our family. We let Dave know a payment that we would be comfortable with and they were able to make it happen. I made an appt for service on line and brought the car in and was greeted by Alex Greenland immediately. I requested oil change, tire rotation, and undercoating based on a letter received from KIA. Alex explained not to wash the car for 24 hours due to the undercoating. He was very professional and friendly.

Hayden and everyone else at Jeff Wyler were outstanding. They answered every concern with attentiveness and concern, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. This was a leap of faith for me because I am a resident of Columbus and JW is in Cincinnati. They very easily could have promised me the moon, got me 100 miles away from home and then cornered me. This didn't happen. They met every item of the sale (trade, price, etc. ) they expressed during our email communication.

I am extremely late at getting this review done, but i was and still am sincerely satisfied with the service getting our daughter's first car replaced after it was totaled in a wreck within 6 months of purchasing. The staff was kind and really tried to find her something that she was interested in, and not just push something on her like some has in the past. It was a cold, rainy winter night, close to closing time, and Ricky Bobby (inside joke with employees) was fantastic with going to get the cars, with little to no luck the first few times. I will definitely be back!

I am very satisfied with my experience at Kings Kia. The salesperson reached out to me immediately after I requested more information. His response was very detailed and was the exact information I was looking for. When I got to the dealership to look at the car, I was greeted with friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about all the options. All the staff was very professional and respectful of my time.

I hate purchasing new vehicles due to the 2-3 hours it takes and the hassle usually involved. I did not receive the normal experience at Spitzer Kia. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate named Pam. After seeing what we were looking for Pam took us out to show us our options and we test drove a Forte. After deciding to go ahead with the purchase everyone was very friendly and patient even though by the time everything was finalized it was after closing time. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, not pushy and very friendly.

My recent experience with VanDevere Kia was awesome. The sales consultant was Mik Robinson he was truly a pleasure to work with. After the introduction I honestly told Mike I came in the dealership with no money and a prayer. Instead of looking down or being judgmental he sad " well, lets see what I can do to help you. He answered all my questions and educated me about buying vs leasing my next vehicle. He listened to what I wanted in a. Vehicle and explained all my options. Mike had already came highly recommended by a family member and exceeded all my expectations and removed all the myths of women car shopping alone being taken advantage of. After the credit check and explanations we found a solution I was happily satisfied with without feeling pressured at all. He walked me step by step through the process and once my decision was made took me for a test drive while explaining all the features of the car after test drive he introduced me to the team. Everyone greeted me kind and welcomed me to the VanDevere family. After the tour and intros I was called to meet with the financial specialist a dreaded visit from past experiences but was immediately put at ease. He also explained my contract, payment plan and all additional options, again no pressure or judgement. I drove off that day with a 2017 Kia Sportage. Mike even took the time to set my clock and radio stations a small curtesy to many but huge for me. Before I left he reminded me to not hesitate to call him with any questions or concerns I may have in the future. In closing I will recommend this particular dealership and Mike to all my friends and family. On a scale of 1-1-10 I rate my experience a 20, yes that is correct a 20. Poor workmanship in service center, car may now be unsafe. - Glen
I am very disappointed with Preston’s service dept. I had a beak line fail on low mileage car. The service dept. showed 3 1/2 hours to replace break line to rear of car. Service dept did not replace with factory parts a pre bent steel break line with new fittings. They used easy bend break line and reused break line fitting from old break line. Replaced break line was not attached to the frame of the car they used 1 plastic tie attached to the gas line to hold new break line in place. New break line is now loose and can rub on the fuel line and frame causing failure in the future. Old break line was not removed still attached to the frame of the car. Charged for the full 3 1/2 hour job but only did 1/3 of the work. I returned to service dept. after the drive home when break peddle went to the floor. Told me it also needed a master cylinder for the breaks, after 5 more days in the service center I was told car did not need a master cylinder breaks were normal. Breaks are now normal but in the future will the newly replaced break line rub a hole and fail when I use the breaks or rub a hole in the fuel line causing a fire. When I use a dealer service dept. I expect top quality work, top quality parts; this is not what I received. My bill showed total of 4 1/2 hours for labor at $98. per hour should be $441. was charged $500.15 for labor, Preston's math for the labor is off by $59.15.

When you come in, just ask for my Sales Manager Mike Hall, and we'll get you going right away. Any questions I could answer for you before you stop in?". I did just that and they sent some new guy out with the keys. I test drive the car, return and sales manager said do you want this car? A guy from michigan drove here for the car. I said yes I want it. They said ok come inside. I think I'm buying the car. They do not take deposits so first come gets the car. I'm obviously first. The guy from Michigan acts like a jerk yelling at them and they come to me in the sales office and say sorry we are selling to him because he has a certified check. I have a check and or I tell them my PNC bank is around the corner if they prefer certified. Mike Hall said sorry we are selling to him. I asked first come first serve? He said yes but they made out a certified check. Then why was it available to test drive? Really really bad place. Do not buy from these idiots. never been involved in a situation like this ever. Bad people who do not stand by there own rules. Buyer be ware. They would stab you in the back also. Buy it else where.

After paying hundreds of dollars for mandated recalls and routine oil changes which should be covered by my warranty; driving hours away to drop off my car for 3.5 hours which turns into two days later; after being dropped off at the local mall for the entire day stranded with no contact and without so much as an apology; and without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever came into contact with; I will never recommend someone or personally buy another vehicle from you ever again.
