Now 2 days later I get a call, and they tell me, I am not a member and they dont have a car deal this brett guy is a idiot, because later on they said they would have to set me up to be member which the lady said she told this brett guy he had to do. So I assumed as a customer he had it taking care of. This guy has a small man attiude and think his shit doesnt stink, and sucks at being a finance guy, and made me feel like I was anoying him, being there sorry buddy if you didnt make any money off of me. Oh by the way the sales crew is ok but the manager is a pretty cool guy as well.

I drove down there with a friend and picked it up the next morning. While at the dealership I asked where the second set of keys was, Darcy said there never was a second set of keys, and I pulled up the online ad on my iPhone to show that it DID in fact say there were two keys. He said he would look for me. After driving off I noticed there was NO MOON ROOF?! And I also turned on the stereo and there was absolutely no premium sound. In fact, there was a blown speaker. I called Darcy back in a rage. He treated me with such disrespect that I was enthralled. He wouldn't even make me a new key! I didn't expect him to add the moonroof, but at least order me a new key?! But nothing. I asked if he was disrespecting me due to the fact that I was a young female, but of course he said no but still acted like a man with zero integrity. I took back the car the next morning and I did however deal with a sales manager. He was much nicer than Darcy was, but I still don't think I'll ever deal with them again. Later that day, I went to Beaverton Honda and purchased a car there - they are by far the nicest staff I've ever met. I recommened going there for any of your car needs.
