Zero stars was not an option unfortunately. You would think a place like this is reputable and takes care of their customers but, no. Management is awful and unethical.They have Bad customer service, bad follow up, bad communication from sales and service department. Worst service advisor ever (Jose). They sold me a $20,000 vehicle with bad suspension and will not fix (Carolyn- sales-woman). I Took car in for oil change and a malfunction code on 4/17 (vehicle was drivable and had no issues when dropped off). They said my vehicle (Mercedes suv) would be done same day. Turns out they were unable to check it on their own and had to send it to Mercedes dealership to check the code. They Had my car sitting for over a week before they sent to Mercedes then it sat at Mercedes for 2 weeks because meador wasn’t communicating with them. Finally received vehicle on 5/9 in bad condition. completely different condition than it was when I dropped it off. They gave my vehicle to me on a flat tire and tilted and unsafe driving condition(never had issues with my tires or vehicle being tilted). I brought it to service advisor Jose’s attention that my tire was flat and push start button was missing the vehicle was also tilted and looked unsafe to drive but he advised me that it was fine (it was raining on top of that and they would not offer any other transportation for me to get home). I drove it home and vehicle skid across the freeway and brakes were scraping and wouldn’t work in time and I almost had an accident due to the unsafe conditions of the vehicle. Never had any issues with the brakes prior to drop off. Got home and tire was on flat AGAIN. Called to speak to service manager and Assistant GM and General Manager about the conditions and of course no response or call back. They do not care about their customers. I Will update this review if anything is done about it.
