We want to recognize the excellent customer service we received during our recent purchase. Our Sales consultant, Sam Hamaydeh, was a real pro. Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.

Dr. Dotson was absolutely amazing! Prior to arriving at the dealership, Mr. Dotson was in contact with us regarding our appointment. Once we arrived, he was top tier. He knew my name, and was so professional and polite. He had the ultimate knowledge of the vehicle, as we purchased a Kia from another dealership, and had to YouTube how to utilize the features as we were not shown. The little touches such as asking if we would like water on a warm day to offering to drive us over to the finance department meant so much. Knowing that he had intimate knowledge of the Kia Sportage we selected, not simply because it was his job, but because a member of his own family has the vehicle, sealed the deal for us. We felt like we were not only buyers and everything was about the transaction, but were treated like family with Dr. Mike really working to help us make the best functional fit, best financial fit, and best safety fit.This is the first time I have ever enjoyed purchasing a vehicle!

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.

Researched a few Kia dealers in the area, chose Fort Bend. We needed to help my brother in law purchase a car while I was in town for the holidays. I messaged Raymond the BDC manager and he set me up with Joshua when I got there. He showed us 2 cars and we chose one, got us a great price on the trade, honestly more than we expected, and we finalized the paperwork with Luis, who got us a great deal on the extended warranty. My brother in law didn’t want to buy a car, but did need one, and we definitely got a pretty good deal and a set up on his old Kia Soul. I would highly recommend Raymond, Joshua, and Luis.

Antoine in sales was amazing throughout the entirety of the purchasing process, and Ethan in sales was soooo helpful in assisting me later on with information I was needing! Thank you so much Ethan! Eric in finance was very efficient and very personable, and the parts and service department is, literally and figuratively, a well oiled machine as a whole with a great leader! Tyler, leading the parts and service department, was very helpful when I had questions regarding services included within my purchase, and took the time to explain everything in depth to my level of understanding. They’re doing an amazing job from what I’ve seen thus far! Will definitely continue to utilize this dealership for not only service on my recently purchased K5, but also for future purchases as well. Naturally, I was upset when someone hit and totaled out my beloved car so, I went over to Kia Of Abilene and made car history! 😄 I love my new car (2025 Kia Seltos) This is my 3rd Kia vehicle and they never disappoint!!! The staff here are very professional, wonderful and knowledgeable not only about the Kia brands but about varies other brands such as Ford, Nissan, Chevrolet, Honda etc as well. Great location in Mesquite. It’s a little hard getting to due to the construction but besides that they have a very large selection of Kia vehicles to choose from. My salesman was Jerry Tonubbee (214-537-9618). He was great start to finish. He answered all of my questions and he if he wasn’t sure he got right back with me on it. I got the Kia Sorento SX Prestige and it has everything that I want on the car. Jerry went over the car with me to make sure that I understood what o was working with and the experience overall was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location

But George in service down at Kia literally treats me like a family member every time i see him or I bother him with many calls!! Worst service experience EVER! - wild_beagle

Worst service experience EVER! Dropped my car off for a recall issue on a Monday, never heard a word from my service advisor until Thursday when a text was sent to my relative (designated contact) to notify the parts were in (parts we were never told about) and then after my relative contacted them on Friday they said the car would be done that afternoon. I went to pick up the car, again never spoke to my service advisor, drove my car home. Two days later I get emails that my car had been transferred to service....and then one about pending issues they had identified. I already had the car home. No communication NONE! They did replace a part, under extended warranty, but I think only because my relative had to convince them. Now I have another issue that will require going to a dealer and there don't appear to be any local service centers with good reviews. UGH!

I’ve been to the service dept at Kia of San Angelo three - TC

I’ve been to the service dept at Kia of San Angelo three times now for various maintenance. Every time the experience has been professional and excellent. Robert makes sure that the service is taken care of as requested and is kind to answer any questions I have. All the staff that I have encountered are kind to greet me and ask if I needed anything. I have used the comfortable waiting area a couple of times and was able to work on my laptop while my car was serviced. I will return to Kia of San Angelo for all my service needs.

I was looking at the K5 and he showed me the EX trim that they had and I was sold after sitting in the car for 3 minutes. The rest of the process was very smooth.
