We came in to trade in our 2013 Honda Pilot Ex-L and get a Kia vehicle. Earlier during that day, we went to two different dealerships in Frisco and Denton, where we had a terrible and frustrating experience, the sales agent were very misleading with the trade offer and were demeaning when we tried to get clarifications on the sales price and their supposed "great deals". It was a totally different experience at Huffines Kia Subaru in Corinth, where we were greeted by a very friendly and accommodating James Born in the dealership. He is definitely one of the gems at the dealership. He was very supportive, straight-forward, fair, efficient and honest in explaining the process to us. He was quick, very-detailed and organized. He was never pushy nor misleading. Best of all, James went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers by giving us the best trade in offer. Both he and the manager, found us a great deal and made the experience truly wonderful. We went home feeling completely satisfied and happy with our Kia car. I strongly recommend James and Huffines Kia Subaru in Corinth.

From my first interaction, the customer service representatives have been so personable and helpful. Complications with my bank forced me to arrange all my loan and purchase paperwork over the phone and the managers led me through every step. I was able to test drive, review all warranty and benefits I was covered for, sign for the car, and drive away within 2 hours. I had requested the maintenance/service history of the car and it was promptly delivered to me the next day without any questions. Unfortunately through the next few weeks, I had my engine light come on and every person made sure that I was well taken care of. They gave me a loaner car to, ensured I was well informed about what they were working on, and happily reminded me that everything was under warranty and paid for. They take care of their customers to the best of their ability and it will always be appreciated.

When my wife and I decided to buy a Kia Soul we naturally went to the Lufkin Kia dealership, knowing what we wanted. We have had some not-very-pleasant experiences with car dealerships and pushy sales people, so we were very pleased by the way your salesman, Randy Davis, guided us through the entire process. He helped us focus our search and decide what equipment and features we wanted and didn't want. He put me behind the wheel for a test drive, which did the trick. It "sold" us on buying a Kia. That, and learning how highly JD Power rates Kia vehicles, especially the Soul. It's one of the best and most dependable cars on the road.
Randy then guided us through the paperwork, explaining the financing and everything in that process. The dealership gave us a good deal on our trade-in, and the bottom line is that we drove home in a brand new car that we are very happy with.

We had been in touch with Garry Johnson prior to coming to the dealership (all the way from Waco!). He hadn't arrived for the day yet when we came to the dealership to purchase the Sorento that we liked, so David Boldak invited us in, brought around the vehicle, showed it to us, and took it on a test drive with us while we waited for Garry. When we came back, Garry had arrived and we finished the deal with him. He did everything in his power to make sure that we were as close to the price point we wanted as we could get! After the deal was made, we headed into finance with Amir Rafiq and he was able to get us a great deal on financing too! When we went into Van Griffith Kia on !0/3/16 we had no intention of buying a new car - we only wanted to take a test drive to compare the Sorento vs the Hyundai Santa Fe . What we found was that the Sorento beat the Santa Fe hands down in comfort , style , and mpg. Still , we had planned on getting our new vehicle through the Sam's Club / TRUEcar program . We already knew what our guaranteed savings would be through the TRUEcar dealers . We also knew what our trade was worth based on kbb.com. Our salesman, Eden Palmer asked if he could try to work out a deal for us . It never hurts to ask . To make a long story short , they matched the savings from the TRUEcar program and gave us fair value for our trade. And , we didn't need to go to Ft Worth or Dallas for our new vehicle . If you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is the place to go. Their service department is great also - most dealerships lack in the area of communication, SW Kia Rockwall does not have this issue.
I have purchased 3 cars from Brandon and have received the same wonderful service each time. So if you like to haggle and be at a dealership all day, this is not the place for you. Lack of respect - Sorrento unhappy
This dealship sucks. I would not recommend it my worst enemy. When I bought my Kia they took forever to get it ready for delivery. At delivery the were more interested in taking my picture then to show me how my new car works. Then when I stoped by to pick up the new license plates they asked if I would like them to put on, They took the car back put the new plates on and then installed the window sticker about 4" from the side and about 6" from the bottom. So now I have a sticker that can't be replaced obstructing my vision. What a waist of time.

They lied, they lost my keys, they were rude, the so called "highest up" guy as he called it, had the audacity to try and sell me a car for way more then any other place that I went after he lost my keys and made me miss my tow. Awful person. These people are crooked. If you want honesty this is definitely not be place for you.

I rate University Mazda excellent based on the excellent customer service I experienced overall but more specifically from my salesperson, Darrin Locking, who went above and beyond by showing me at least 8 different vehicles along with the pros and cons of each. In addition to that he worked out a deal where I traded in a smaller vehicle with I bought from the same dealership 3 months previous with minimum down or out of pocket. Kudo's to Danny Williams in the finance department who was not only professional but very personable as well. These 2 gentlemen made my car buying experience painless. I recommend them and University Kia/Mazda highly.
