I cannot begin to thank this dealership enough for their professionalism, integrity, and dedication! From the moment I walked into the door, until the moment I drove away, I could not have asked for a better experience. I purchased a preowned Kia optima from Moritz Kia in Hurst from Doug Murphy. Doug was very knowledgable about the cars features and options and educated me so that I could pick the perfect car for my situation. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make customer feel welcomed, comfortable and appreciated. Doug was with me every step of the way and the finance department really worked hard to get me the lowest interest rate available. After purchasing the car I noticed a small gouge in one of my tires. Doug told me to bring the car back up, and he ordered and replaced the custom sized tire free of charge. He then took it to a local shop to have it aligned, washed my car for the second time, and filled up my tank. This was my first experience with a dealership but I was astounded with Doug and the rest of his team. I have already pointed two coworkers to this dealership and will surely go with them the next time I need a car. When we went into Van Griffith Kia on !0/3/16 we had no intention of buying a new car - we only wanted to take a test drive to compare the Sorento vs the Hyundai Santa Fe . What we found was that the Sorento beat the Santa Fe hands down in comfort , style , and mpg. Still , we had planned on getting our new vehicle through the Sam's Club / TRUEcar program . We already knew what our guaranteed savings would be through the TRUEcar dealers . We also knew what our trade was worth based on kbb.com. Our salesman, Eden Palmer asked if he could try to work out a deal for us . It never hurts to ask . To make a long story short , they matched the savings from the TRUEcar program and gave us fair value for our trade. And , we didn't need to go to Ft Worth or Dallas for our new vehicle . I purchased a used 2014 Kia. It had some dings in the door and minor scratches in the paint. Part of the deal we got in writing was that Clay Cooley Kia would fix the door dings and paint scratches. They were supposed to be done by the end of the week, last week. They didn't call me last Friday like they said they would, so I called them around 8pm. I was transferred several times and disconnected during a transfer. No one knew what was going on or where the car was. Someone from service told me it would be ready the next day and they would call me. Saturday came and went, no call. Sunday, they are closed. Monday came and went, no call. Tuesday, I called at 5pm to check the status. Again, I was transferred several times, disconnected, had to call back twice to find my salesperson who said, "Oh, probably tomorrow, we'll call you." They have my $15k, but I don't have a car -- and no one seems to know where it is or when they will come through on their agreement.

And i understand the crew is okay but management is crappy my brand new car i went to pick up had water all in the back seat floor boards and inside of trunk and still no written reason why. I wish management had a heart like they crew members. Will not be going back..

The only problem I had with the oil change was the guy who brought my car around left a smell if soap in the car. This would not be a problem other than the fact I problems with chemicals. They cause me breathing problems.

Then they call on Saturday and try to add $700 to the price .They said that because We didn't sign all the paper work they didn't have honor THEIR deal !
