Began looking at the Outback for my wife at the end of December. It wasn't the right vehicle for her at the time, but because of the experience with the salespersons, Mike Bresnahan, I went back when it was time to replace my own car six months later. It couldn't have been a more pleasant purchasing experience. I took two or three test drives as well as drove a number of vehicles from other manufactures, and I did a lot of price and feature comparisons. All of which took a lot of time. I was never rushed or pressured, and my requests for information were always met in a timely fashion. After I purchased the car, every reasonable effort was made to ensure I understood the various gadgets and safety features included with it. Now I can only hope that the service relationship mirrors the fine sales relationship I experienced.

I recently purchased a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from this location. The car itself was in great condition besides a small scratch on the bumper and side door. Carlos mentioned it would be fixed, and it was. Upon picking up the car after the repair, we noticed unseen hail damage due to the car being a little dirty the first time we saw it and noticed a few other scratches. Carlos was able to get them all fixed in the next day, and sent us home in a rental. We picked up the car the following day and man was it beautiful!! For our troubles, he compensated us with a professional car cleaner. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional and willing to work a deal! We got a great deal on this car and I highly recommend using Carlos if you use this location!

This is the normal kia dealership i go to for service, but last week the services were horrible. Car sat in shop area over an hour after they were finished with it, never informed me had to keep asking, no loaner car available, did not put oil change sticker in window. Could not give answers.

I went down here to look at a few Kia's and was immediately greeted by Steve. He was attentive and polite and was not pushy in any way. I was specific about what I wanted to look at and what for in a vehicle and was quick to meet my needs. I walked away that day with a brand new Kia Soul, fully confident in my purchase at a fantastic price. I spent over a week at other dealers and time and time again was met with the same old schtick. I want to say up front I hate buying a new car. From the time I drive on the lot, usually I feel like fresh meat for the vultures that are hovering just waiting for you to exit your car. At Van Griffith, the opposite is true. These people run a classy dealership (down home country style).
JR was our salesman and I can not say enough good things about him. From the get go, he was behind the 8 ball because I had a firm quote from a Dallas dealer that would be hard to beat. He went out of his way to find me the deal I wanted and met the price (he also threw in 2 free hats). He also spent nearly an hour with my wife sitting in the car going over all the gadgets on the Soul Exclaim. He was patient with old folks like us, never in a hurry.
I will recommend Van Griffith to anyone looking for a vehicle purchase in the future.

Jeremiah Foster was our sales rep and he did an awesome job for us, traded our Sorento and was able to put both of us in a brand new Kia Forte. Paying less for our new cars than the payment on the Sorento. He pulled it thru when he called me and said we can make a deal and get you in something new I did not know he was talking about getting new cars for myself and husband. I was really having a hard time finding a dealership that would be fair with us. We have ok credit and every where we want they wanted a ton of money down and the payments were high based on my payment calculator. The staff at Mike Shaw really listened, they talked to us and found out what we were trying to do before they showed us cars. When we finally found what we liked it was at their other lot. They had it brought to me and we worked out the numbers. I Shook Kevin's hand as soon as I drive the Lexus, it was perfect for my family, We were really happy and the payment was what we expected. The deal was not easy, but they found banks that gave me a great rate. I stayed there while they physically contacted the banks and made sure I got the best rate possible. I don't mid hanging out If you are going to get my deal funded by a bank and save me money on the rate! The sales person Kevin was great about letting me know exactly what was going on the entire time I was there at the dealership. Thanks again K-Flo, I appreciate It. He and Roy Davila made it all easy to understand and then Steven Lee in finance hooked it up on a warranty. Let's just say I am not going anywhere else.

We had wonderful experience at the Dealership for the first time. It was I think the third time we had every dealt with Car dealership. I give full credit to Mike Williams. He was very helpful. He gave us what we wanted and how we wanted. He worked for us to get us what we want and remain on our side throughout the process. I definitely recommend him if you every had bad experience in the past at other dealership I have confidence in Mike that he can get you what you want and how you want it.

We made a deal on a new Soul on Friday, wrote them a check in FULL with the car to be picked up on Monday . Then they call on Saturday and try to add $700 to the price .They said that because We didn't sign all the paper work they didn't have honor THEIR deal ! This was the worst car buying experience of my life.

I bought a 2016 KIA Optima , cool vehicle but I'm a little upset with myself for not checking out any other trims. Everyone was pretty nice , I didn't like my salesman attitude at the time . Originally I came to browse vehicles and ended purchasing a vehicle , great deal for the sales man. I wasn't satisfied with the car I purchase and I didn't get a chance to see another vehicle . I've been sick that week so I came in late evening just to browse and get info . Decided to get my credit check and got approved for a new vehicle, then that's when the pressure came. I wanted to sleep on my decision and make sure this was a good route and again I was recovering from a cold. I understand this is something you should expect out of a dealership but I felt it could've been a bit more respectful. Adrien cool dude but I didn't like his responses to my concerns. We we're discussing the monthly payments /APR and I told him I felt like the rate was to expensive , he then said " This price shouldn't matter you making over **,000 a year." Long story short , please be in good health and don't allow anyone to pressure you when ever you go to this dealership or any dealership, make sure you get what you want.
