I just bought my first Subaru this weekend from Mike Bresnahan after he was recommended by a co-worker. Mike gave us tons of information on all the features and options but never pressured us to buy. He let the quality of the car speak for itself and answered all our questions. We were offered a great price for our trade and also for the new car we decided we wanted.The Forester model with the options and color we wanted wasn't on the lot but within minutes Mike had located one in Houston and it was at Huffines the next day.
Ashton May in the finance department is awesome. Like Mike, he advised us of all our options for extended warranty and service but there was no pressure to spend more than we wanted to. He made the paperwork part of the transaction quick and painless. We really appreciated that!
We had a terrific experience with Huffines and definitely recommend them. It's a bit of a pain to get to right now because of highway construction but totally worth it!

We just purchased a Mazda 3 from this dealer and were very pleased with the entire process, from beginning to end. Our sales consultant, Keith Wells, gave us exceptional service. We were not the easiest of customers either. We went to the dealership a week before and asked him all kinds of questions. Though he knew we were not ready to buy the vehicle then, he patiently educated us on the various options. His great service that day compelled us to buy from Mazda Legend. After we saw him, we visited 4 other Mazda dealers in the area. Through that week, we kept in contact with Keith asking additional questions. When we were ready to buy, we could not think of buying our car from anyone else but Keith. He researched and did not stop looking until he found the vehicle that had all our requirements. Once we had the vehicle, and the process transferred to the manager, Keith stayed with us every step of the way until we drove the vehicle out of the lot. Management was polite, flexible and helpful. Keith took us to Victor, from Finance, who was quick and efficient. I would recommend this dealer without reservations.

I want to say up front I hate buying a new car. From the time I drive on the lot, usually I feel like fresh meat for the vultures that are hovering just waiting for you to exit your car. At Van Griffith, the opposite is true. These people run a classy dealership (down home country style).
JR was our salesman and I can not say enough good things about him. From the get go, he was behind the 8 ball because I had a firm quote from a Dallas dealer that would be hard to beat. He went out of his way to find me the deal I wanted and met the price (he also threw in 2 free hats). He also spent nearly an hour with my wife sitting in the car going over all the gadgets on the Soul Exclaim. He was patient with old folks like us, never in a hurry.
I will recommend Van Griffith to anyone looking for a vehicle purchase in the future.

They say fortune favors the bold. Well, I guess going out of my way to drive to Kingwood and visit Parkway Family Kia when there were Kia dealers a lot closer to home was bold enough. I shopped several dealers, and after much deliberation, decided to go with them in spite of their distance. From the moment I first called and talked to Miyon Oh (aka "Miya", whose lovely voice was matched by her very friendly demeanor) to the moment where they agreed to a favorable price via email (thank you to sales manager Efran Taylor) to my arrival and subsequent interaction with sales rep Curt Lee to my easy and stress-free interaction with finance manager Don (forgot his last name. Sorry Don), every single step felt like I was dealing with people whose priority was seeing me happy in a new car and not trying to work me over. This is how car buying should be. I drove away with a new Sorento today and was very happy I made the out-of-the-way trip to their store to get it.
The lesson here is that if you shop your dealers to find the ones with cordial personnel and a genuine interest to work with you, do your homework and make sure you know what you want and how to ask for it, then treat the people you deal with like human beings, chances are you'll have a great experience. I definitely recommend working with these folks if/when you're in the market for a new car.

I recently purchased a new Kia from the Patterson auto family. It was a tough decision between a Kia and a Jeep; although I decided to buy a Kia, all of the employees I worked with (both Kia and Jeep) while viewing and test-driving cars were: friendly, kind, helpful, and courteous. I am recovering from an injury that makes it painful to get around. Everyone was eager to help get the door or assist me with my walking staff. Everyone answered my questions honestly, and worked their hardest to address my needs.

We made a deal on a new Soul on Friday, wrote them a check in FULL with the car to be picked up on Monday . Then they call on Saturday and try to add $700 to the price .They said that because We didn't sign all the paper work they didn't have honor THEIR deal ! This was the worst car buying experience of my life.

Took my 2015 Kia Cadenza in for Warranty service yesterday. UVO system found TPMS fault and scheduled service for me. That part of the system works great. It's the dealership that's worse than awful. The service department will not answer the phone. After trying twice in a 15 minute period to get them on the phone, I asked to speak to the GM and he wouldn't answer the phone.
After I got the car back the service advisor told me that it was just low tire pressure on all four tires. But what he didn't tell me was that the tech just pulled a fuse and reset the system. I know because the fuse panel was sitting on the floor when I got back in the car at the dealership.
When I got home later, I turned the car off and went inside for about an hour. When I went back outside to start the car again the TPMS warning light came right back on. They didn't fix anything. What they did do was over inflate my $900.00 tires to 45 psi.
Do not take your prize possession to them for anything. They have a major problem with their service department.
This is my 5th Kia, you would think that they would treat their most loyal customers better.
