I had a great experience at Moritz Kia Alliance in Fort Worth. Both Bryan Vick and Steve Potter took good care of me. After inquiring about a car online, Bryan quickly let me know that it was available. When I arrived at the dealership, Bryan greeted me and introduced me to Steve who then showed me the car. He was very knowledgeable about all of its features and answered all my questions. Since I live a far way from the dealership, they even arranged a way for me to be picked up from my house, so I could drive off the lot with my car.
Overall - I had a great experience at this dealership. Top notch customer service. They were kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the car and the process. I highly recommend going to Moritz Kia Alliance.

From my first interaction, the customer service representatives have been so personable and helpful. Complications with my bank forced me to arrange all my loan and purchase paperwork over the phone and the managers led me through every step. I was able to test drive, review all warranty and benefits I was covered for, sign for the car, and drive away within 2 hours. I had requested the maintenance/service history of the car and it was promptly delivered to me the next day without any questions. Unfortunately through the next few weeks, I had my engine light come on and every person made sure that I was well taken care of. They gave me a loaner car to, ensured I was well informed about what they were working on, and happily reminded me that everything was under warranty and paid for. They take care of their customers to the best of their ability and it will always be appreciated.

I purchased a car from them 2 years ago and yesterday I saw a car that was advertised on their website that I was interested in. However, when I got there, there was a big mix up and misunderstanding. The long story short is that to make up for the misunderstanding they went above and beyond, took a loss on another car, just to make sure we were happy. Hats off to them, because you never see businesses bend over backward for their customers anymore. Enough to say that I will always be returning to them when I need a new car. I kept hearing the ad on the radio for Kia so I filled out an application not really thinking I would be approved because I do have some debt. I went in on Friday really just to see what they were talking about. My sales man Matthew Key was very friendly and upbeat. Ryan the financial specialist was awesome as well. Not only did they get me approved for a car but it was a brand new one!!!! I didn't have to go through any hassle to get it either. They throw in so many specials with it I couldn't really pass up the deal they offered me. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new car. The process took a couple of hours but it was well worth it.

When we went into Van Griffith Kia on !0/3/16 we had no intention of buying a new car - we only wanted to take a test drive to compare the Sorento vs the Hyundai Santa Fe . What we found was that the Sorento beat the Santa Fe hands down in comfort , style , and mpg. Still , we had planned on getting our new vehicle through the Sam's Club / TRUEcar program . We already knew what our guaranteed savings would be through the TRUEcar dealers . We also knew what our trade was worth based on kbb.com. Our salesman, Eden Palmer asked if he could try to work out a deal for us . It never hurts to ask . To make a long story short , they matched the savings from the TRUEcar program and gave us fair value for our trade. And , we didn't need to go to Ft Worth or Dallas for our new vehicle . It took about 4 hours but that's because it was super busy on a Saturday and took a while to detail my car. There was no pressure and all my questions were answered. We are so pleased with the service we received on 6/29/17. We were ready to leave after vacationing in Austin when we noticed oil leaking under our Soul . Called our KIA dealership in Nebraska and got the number for KIA roadside assistance we got set up right away with Southwest KIA Austin and the tow truck driver arrived a little ahead of schedule. When he loaded our vehicle We joked to the driver asking him to tell the service techs to wash and vacuum our vehicle. We were kept in the loop through phone calls by KIA throughout the process . The vehicle was fixed quickly the oil cleaned off the underbody and they washed and vacuumed our car😳and provided a courtesy shuttle to pick us up to get our car. Totally recommend this place.

My wife and I were looking for a used car when Jon Miller, KIA Sales Rep., showed us a 2016 KIA Soul that was new with lots of extras for the same price as a decent used vehicle. Jon had us test drive the vehicle and explained all the amenities the car had, like the rear camera while in reverse. Jon then took us through the finance limbo and stayed with my wife and I throughout the transaction. The whole experience was very pleasant and the representatives explained everything each step of the way. Salesmen lie to your face - Marc
Multiple salesmen said free oil changes come with purchasing a new car. They specifically said that you do not have to have every service done at the dealership, that the oil changes will still be free. We went in for one of our oil changes and the service department said we had to get a $200 transmission service (fluid change) in order to get the free oil change. They had booklets and documents that clearly state EVERY service has to be done at the dealership in order to qualify for the free oil changes. The service department was just as frustrated as we were because they deal with this constantly.
When we went to talk to the sales department, they denied everything. The sales managers used the excuse of having a high turnover rate for salesmen and that they were uninformed. The sales managers contradicted everything the service department said, but had nothing to back it up, no documents or paperwork. They also used the excuse that at the end of 2016 they redid all of their service packages, but everything they said still contradicted the service department. I was trying to come up with a solution where everyone would be happy, but the sales managers were extremely rude, unhelpful, made excuses, and blamed everyone else.
I truly do feel sorry for the service department. They are very organized and helpful, but can not provide the type of free services that the salesmen are using to help sell vehicles. I would not recommend anybody using this dealer.
